As for the subject of “Warfare in Islam,” it’s best to keep in mind those horrendous Muslim terrorists jihad malicious murderous jihad violence as observed in those horrendous jihad attacks of 9/11 and 7/7 as well as 10/7 will continue because of the basic root ideology of Islamic terrorists is based on the theology of Islam’s “holy book” the Qur ‘an. For the Qu ‘ran instructs in the use of violence and killing for the advancement of Islam. As found in, for example, 2:191. 5:33. 9:5, 111.123. 47:4. Therefore Islam is a false, dangerous and deadly religion.

In 1975, Saudi Arabia paid millions to rewrite history and turn Israel into the villain on American campuses. And it worked.
Great observation from the first verse about the believers being islamophobes. So whenever we mention the word “allah” to mohammedans, they should tremble in fear and shrink into the caves from where they emerged, be it in Afghanistan or Arabia 😈
8:30 – about allah being the best of schemers, better than the disbelievers, was a fun read. So does allah want his followers to be better schemers than the disbelievers, or inferior to them in scheming? I didn’t quite get what his edict is to mohammedans
I consider 8:39, as well as 2:193 (and its preceding verses) the biggest reasons why islam should not have the recognition or protections of a legitimate religion in the US (or for that matter, in any civilized country). Since it directly contradicts the First Amendment here, and similar statuettes in other countries
About looting 1/5 of the spoils of war, I liked Hatun’s question about what does allah do w/ those spoils of war. In fact today, when there is no caliph, who gets that 20%? Or is it the leader of every jihad group, from HTS to Taliban to Hamas to Boko Haram to Hizbullah…. who the local muslim regards as a caliph-lite?
On the deal w/ the Miophysite Christians and the Syrians, I read that that was the religion that the Christians of Damascus were following in the 630s, the period when Damascus is supposed to have fallen to the Medinan army. They were apparently having a dispute w/ Constantinople, which explains why Damascus fell so early, and lends credence to the theory that there was no Medinan army that captured Damascus, and that Damascus itself was the place from where the Arab conquests began
Finally, on the MbS edict on the hadiths, it would be useful to see which hadiths the Saudi ulema on his orders determines to be sahih, and which ones they don’t. I wonder whether they’ll pick a bunch of them that contradict this chapter, as well as chapter 9? As for Yasser Qadhi, I doubt that his disavowal of the hadiths is gonna matter to groups like Hefazat in Bangladesh to HTS in Syria to Boko Haram in Nigeria: Buqhari will still reign supreme

On a different note, Robert now has to complete a book on Mamdani by September, so that it hits just in time to hit the shelves. I do wish it well, although I think that by then, the Mamdani novelty would have worn out. Since he’s not battling just Curtis Sliwa but also Eric Adams, it should be easy for Dems to go somewhere other than him
