Great discussion b/w Jamie and Daniel
On the Epstein case, I find it credible to listen to Alan Dershowitz, who was both Epstein’s lawyer, as well as had contacts in Mossad. He discussed his connection w/ Epstein both on his show at length, and in an interview on NewsNation w/ Chris Cuomo. He’s had other conversations on Newsmax as well, which I didn’t include here

So as Epstein’s lawyer, Dershowitz asked his client whether or not he had worked for any foreign intel agencies, whether it was Mossad, CIA, MI-5, anybody. B’cos if he did, it was something that could have been used to get him a better deal (even if it would have besmirched any of those agencies). Epstein didn’t, and so got a jail sentence of 15 months, and was so angry that he fired Dershowitz
Dershowitz also described how he once defended pro bono some Mossad agents in Cyprus, and so they remained in good contact w/ him. He queried them on whether Epstein had any links w/ the agency, and the answer was no
About Epstein’s suicide – which now both Kash Patel and Dan Bongino think is what happened, Dershowitz thought that it was indeed a suicide, but that he had assistance from the prison guards. That would explain why the cameras weren’t on him at the time of the deed. As for his income, I have heard multiple theories – that he was a brilliant mathematician who could mint money in capital markets to being a great tax consultant for billionaires to the one here from Daniel about being expert at money laundering
On the Tucker theories, not only are they contradicted by Dershowitz above (if Tucker thinks he’s lying, he should say so and explain why!), but it’s also contradicted by the actions of the Israelis themselves. When this Epstein matter was exposed, resulting in his arrest and the crash & burning of several famous people, like Prince Andrew, at that time I recall Netanyahu bringing up Ehud Barak’s ties w/ Epstein. If Israel considered Epstein an asset, there would have been no mud-slinging b/w them over Epstein running a pedo ring. Jews aren’t muslims who’s endorse actions like rape & pedophilia if only it were done by their co-religionists
I do think Daniel made a great point in pointing out not only Tucker’s hypocrisy in visiting those Gulf sheikhdoms, where pedophilia is embraced, since it’s fully islamic, but also their silence over the genocide of Christians in muslim countries from Nigeria to Syria to Pakistan. If one recalls, Tucker has been one of the only voices denouncing Ukraine over its crackdown on the Orthodox Church there, and that opposition has been picked up by the likes of Vice President Vance. I don’t condone anything that President Zelanskyy is doing to the Russian and/or Ukrainian Orthodox churches, but I do safely assume that whatever it is doesn’t come close to what Boko Haram or HTS or the Pakistanis are doing to Christians in their turf. But there hasn’t been a word from Tucker on this, ever since Omed Malik started financing him
During the Fox days, one of my favorite TV segments during the week used to be the Tucker-Mark Steyn interviews, but I daresay they couldn’t have those interviews today, given how much Tucker has changed

“…given how much Tucker has changed”
Has he really changed – or does he now feel that he can say things that he couldn’t say before while working for Fox, etc.?
࿗Infidel࿘ says
That’s perfectly likely. Back in the day, when he was at CNN, he was not much different from CNN’s crossfire hosts on the Right – Pat Buchanan, Bob Novak and John Sununu, all of who were anti-Israel. That seemed to be subdued when he was at Fox
One thing I did notice about him in 2022: when there was the campus thuggery against Jewish students, he, despite his claim that he cared only about America, had nothing to say about something happening on American campuses. Short of actually condemning those Jews, that was the only prudent course of action an antisemite would take. Some have balked at referring to him as an antisemite, but I do think he has at least one foot in that camp

Infidel,
Thank you for your very informative reply.

#1 announcement: I’m a staunch constitutional conservative who pays attention but I always feel way out of my league whenever I watch these type of discussions.
Regarding Tucker: He’s interviewed the likes of Jeffrey Sachs and Darryl Cooper which has turned my brain further into mush.
Secondly, the people I respect the most in the so-called “health freedom movement” such as Sasha Latypova, Katherine Watt and Debbie Lerman are claiming the Israelis are committing genocide in Gaza. They obviously know very little about Islamic doctrine. How can these people be so brilliant on the one hand and clueless on the other?
Just asking for some input.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
Among the “Health Freedom” people that you mention, you could add Maria Anasthesia Loupis, who was a leading voice against LGBTQ in 2022, and I used to follow her. Until she exposed her antisemtism after the October 7th attacks
About how they can be so brilliant at one thing and clueless on the other, it’s easy. Albert Einstein was a socialist: being a brilliant physicist didn’t make him a great economist. I rarely go for political opinions not just to celebrities, but also people not in politics. Just like I wouldn’t trust Sen Josh Hawley to tell me how networking on the internet is implemented, I don’t trust the likes of Sergei Brin or Vint Cerf to tell me who to vote for in politics. Most people great in one line of work are not likely to be great in others

Thank you for your reply.
Latypova and Lerman wrote “The Covid Dossier” which is the definitive into the weeds explanation of the Covid scam claiming the response wasn’t a public health emergency, but a coordinated global military/intelligence operation. I agree. However, they don’t like Trump because of Operation Warp Speed and gloss over all of his other America First accomplishments. “One issue voters” would be my guess. The old adage “stay in your lane” seems appropriate.
