Atlanta imam Dawud Mahdi said in a lecture at Masjid Al‑Mu’minun in Atlanta, Georgia, on July 11, 2025, that Muslims do not “turn the other cheek,” that the Quran teaches them to fight, and that they must stand up to oppression. He said that Islam does not seek dominance, but rather it is a perfect lifestyle that will prevail and achieve dominance, as shown by the rapid growth of Islam in the world.
Mahdi also said that America is “not the big dog anymore,” that it is being recognized as the bully that it is, and that its Judeo‑Christian ideologies do not work. In addition, he said that the Islamic nation has “failed miserably” by having allowed the Zionists, whose numbers are small, to control “everything in the world,” but added that it is “not too late.”
Dawud Mahdi: “If you break our peace – we are not of those who turn the other cheek. Right? We don’t believe in no turning the other cheek. We believe in forgiveness, but the Quran has taught us how to fight. The Quran taught us that we have to fight against oppression.

There is only one way that Islam can dominate, which is if we let it dominate. If this evil system is strongly opposed by non-muslims, Islam will not dominate. We need to stop Islamic immigration into our countries. Also we need to strongly encourage muslims who want Sharia Law to go to an Islamic nation that already has Sharia law.

If Kabah is destroyed by a missile or a bomb, I wonder how many muslims will suddenly realize that Allah is very impotent and become apostates. With the precision of what the IDF has shown so far, the casualties will be minimum. And probably most Islamic countries won’t react with war because they realize how stupid their Allah is who can not help them at all.
Just a thought, however, if all Islamic countries are hostile toward non muslims, it is a very feasible option.
