This time it’s real, and undeniable. The Democrats have for years denied, with varying degrees of scorn or anger, that they are Communists, despite hating both free enterprise and borders, which are just the sorts of things you’d expect socialist internationalists to hate. Now, however, the deniability is no longer even close to plausible. As the Democrat candidates move ever farther to the left, it’s clear: a spectre is haunting the Democrats. The spectre of Communism.
Back in 1848, Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels published “The Manifesto of the Communist Party,” which began grandly, or ominously, depending on your point of view, with this statement: “A spectre is haunting Europe — the spectre of communism.” They claimed that all the most formidable forces of the continent were arrayed against this new phenomenon: “All the powers of old Europe have entered into a holy alliance to exorcise this spectre: Pope and Tsar, Metternich and Guizot, French Radicals and German police-spies.” “Exorcise” was well chosen.
Yet even as Marx and Engels claimed that they were unleashing a power that all the European elites were determined to destroy, they likewise immediately insisted that those elites were engaged in battle with an imaginary threat that they themselves had conjured up: “Where is the party in opposition that has not been decried as communistic by its opponents in power? Where is the opposition that has not hurled back the branding reproach of communism, against the more advanced opposition parties, as well as against its reactionary adversaries?”
That sounds quite similar to accusations Democrats have hurled at Republicans over the years: “How dare you question my patriotism,” and all that. As the Democrats’ policies grew progressively more anti-American, the gang of hacks, DEI hires and grifters that once proudly styled itself as the Party of Jefferson and Jackson did everything it could to make people think that pointing out that increasingly obvious fact was both ridiculous and offensive. And so ever fewer people have dared to do so, even as it became even more obvious that hating America and a taste for Marxism went with being a Democrat like arrogance and self-righteousness went with being Barack Obama.
Now, however, it’s impossible to deny. The best and the brightest among young Democrats are all avowed socialists. The party would have chosen a socialist, Bernie Sanders, as its candidate for president in 2016 and likely also in 2020 if party top dogs hadn’t stepped in and arranged for the candidacy of someone who was at least outwardly more mainstream.

If what we’re seeing are the best and brightest, they have serious problems. If their opponents continue to address the real problems we have, they can invert the traditional idea that young people prefer liberalism.
I just watched a video of Mamdani being asked about his demand that we globalize the intifada. The press reps were shouting that question time was over and the ragtime band began blasting as he grinned broadly. He walked out without answering.

Thank you for all the information, well done. I do not understand all these countries on why they are not protecting their citizens. It seems they have so much greedy in their hearts they like what is happening. The elites seem to hate the good people who speak out, they arrest them, fine them and don’t care… Why are the good saints loosing?

The Democrats are already a communist party. Only differences from the CPSU of the last century, and the CPC now:

Other than that, what Karl Marx wanted – communism to take over the West – looks more likely now than it did in history. In history, it took over Russia, China, Eastern Europe & other random countries in the world, but ultimately lost them. So it’s highly unlikely that Communist rulers [dictators] really believe in the obvious flawed economic fallacies of Karl Marx. Nevertheless, they all still need to publicly stand firm on the teachings, principles and precepts of Communism as laid down in the many writing of Marx. Most historians agree that Karl Marx had good intentions when he labored so many hours writing his books .Such as the COMMUNIST MANIFESTO along with his long volumes which are entitled THE CAPITAL. Those volumes and his other written works were intended to remedy the terrible social conditions of the oppressed and exploited working class.
The reality was the only further tyrannical oppression and cruel exploitation came upon humankind as a result of his error filled philosophical economic political thesis. First, this awful disaster is what may be called “The law of unintended consequences.” Second, as already mentioned above Karl Marx had “good intentions.” So this serves a proof that the old saying must actually be true. Which is that “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.”
