The French Court of National Asylum (CNDA) has ruled that France must admit people from Gaza — all the people of Gaza — whom the Court apparently thinks should now be regarded as being subject to persecution by those terrible Israelis, and thus eligible to be admitted to France as “asylum seekers.” The fact that Muslims already admitted to France have caused great expense and danger to the indigenous French, and the “Palestinian” Arabs in Gaza, after years of brainwashing by the terror group Hamas, are particularly violent, was of no interest to the court. The National Asylum Court ruled this Friday that Israeli “methods of warfare” were “sufficiently serious” to be classified as “persecution.” Until now, only Palestinians already protected by the UN could obtain refugee status.
For the first time in France, a woman from the Gaza Strip has been granted “refugee” status by the National Asylum Court (CNDA).
Having considered the case of a Gazan mother who fled the Palestinian territory a few days after the October 7 attacks, the judicial authority ruled that the “methods of warfare” used by Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip were “sufficiently serious to be considered methods of persecution,” entitling her to refugee status, according to the Geneva Convention of July 28, 1951.

This decision thus contradicted the decision taken by the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons (OFPRA) last November. At the time, the office considered that the applicant was not personally “persecuted,” while recognizing a “conflict of exceptional intensity” in Gaza, granting her “subsidiary protection,” a less protective form of asylum, entitling her to a four-year residency permit instead of the ten years required for refugee status.
But if she was not being “persecuted,” then why was she to be granted asylum, even if for only four years? It makes no sense.
What is the “persecution” the “Palestinian” Gazans must endure? There has been none. They live in a war zone, and that of course means they live in the midst of violence, but that is not the same thing as “persecution.”
If France agrees to admit any Gazan who wants to come to France, and a million or two million decide to do so, those Gazans will at the same time be free to move everywhere in the EU — all thirteen countries. None of those Gazans will admit they are members of, or sympathizers, with Hamas. And that distinction, between members of Hamas and ordinary Gazans, is in any case not clear-cut. Thousands of ordinary Gazans accompanied the 6,000 Hamas men who smashed into Israel on October 7, 2023, and joined in the fun of raping, torturing, mutilating, and murdering, 1,200 Israelis.
Let us hope that the decision of France’s National Court of Asylum can be reversed on appeal, if such is even possible. To repeat, the “Palestinian” Gazans are not subject to “persecution” and are therefore not entitled to asylum. Furthermore, France’s experience with the millions of Muslim migrants, chiefly North Africans (maghrebins), who managed to be admitted in the past, has been most unhappy for the French, whose lives have been made more expensive and less secure, while the Muslims, of course, are delighted to be able to batten on every benefit the generous French welfare state provides — free or greatly subsidized housing, free medical care, free education, family allowances, and more. In return, they offer nothing but violence, No-Go zones, an inculcated hatred for the French who, as non-Muslims, are considered by those Muslim migrants to be “the most vile of created beings.” The entire edifice of EU rules on granting asylum need to be re-examined. As of now, Muslims admitted to one of its thirteen member states can then freely move to any other EU state without hindrance. That part of the EU agreement should be removed entirely. Each EU country should be allowed to decide for itself whom it wants to admit, and not be bound by the decisions made by other countries in the EU.
The article is all doom-and-gloom, but Europe has shown amazing powers of recuperation before, as after World War II. I allow myself to believe that an end to Muslim “asylum seekers” will soon be demanded by the hard-pressed peoples of Europe, who have turned to such anti-Muslim-immigrant political leaders as Marine Le Pen, Geert Wilders, Alice Wiedel, and Nigel Farage. They have seen the results of having so many Muslim migrants in their midst, and want no more of it.

Maybe start by getting a bunch of 100-1000 Gazans (preferably from Hamas) and settling them precisely in their neighborhood. This should provide the quickest & salutary lesson to anyone in French ruling elites who’d like to open up France to more muslims, like the ones they have ain’t enough

This decision is a lot more worse from both legally and security wise than anyone can imagine.
Legally it gives the right for a french justice department/judical unit to allow anyone into the European Union. Once these people are granted asylum in France they can go whereever they want. Considering the events in Sudan and in another few similarly minded/situated countries, this allows for further millions with islamic background to get into the EU without any problems/easy access.
Secondly. This would allow for any member of the EU to have its demographic instantly be shifted.
Belgium, Sweden, Netherlands etc. They already have over 10% over their population from islamic background. Now if these new additions are able to coordinate well enough they can all settle in a single country of these, where they immideatly balance the demographics to islamic background from 10% to 25-30%. Effectively allowing for a hostile takeover of the country within days, weeks or months with the help of current asylum politics. We are not talking about the decades, like we have thought about with the 2014-15 events. It can be achieved within days.
What makes this even worse is that among these refugees a decent number will have terrorist training. It is not just hamas but basicly any organization that can be considered a paramilitary, terrorist etc. can enter the country. Considering that there were about at least a few tens of thousands of hamas fighters in the gazan strip, and there are a number of other similar (more or less similarly radical) groups, they can take over any european country. Depending on their aims, both as to say peacefully (5 year period) or non-peacefully (within months at worst). The latter would result in a kind of civil and ethnic war in the mentioned smaller countries (Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands etc.) In which case the EU is basicly over.
An islamic bridgehead country would be formed in an EU country from where the devastation on European countries could begin. Depending the country of their choice would also have great effects on the other EU members because of the interlinking economies. (Gas pipes, Oil pipes, Power cables/exchange etc.)
Basicly this would be the last step of appeasement towards islamists, which also happens to be the start of subjugation of the EU.
The UK is also not far behind by making their country shift toward a definite islamic future, with their new election laws. It will speed up the process quite greatly.
