UK adopts Sharia blasphemy law, convicts man for burning Qur’an

It’s all over for shattered, staggering, dhimmi Britain. Soon we will see the imposition of other Sharia provisions. Violence against non-Muslims, including Muslim rape gang activity, has already for years now been blandly ignored and its root causes obfuscated. As Islamic law takes over Britain, non-Muslims will find themselves increasingly subjugated. Many will convert to Islam simply to escape discrimination and social opprobrium, as many have already done. Eventually the non-Muslims of Britain will be like the Christians of Egypt and Pakistan: a tiny, embattled minority, eking out a precarious existence in a hostile culture. Remember: “Copt” means “Egyptian.” The Egyptians have been colonized in their own land, reduced to a despised minority within it. The same process is now well underway in Britain.

A British court has been accused of single-handedly reviving blasphemy laws in Britain after a man who burnt the Koran while shouting “f*** Islam” was found guilty. Hamit Coskun, an asylum seeker from Turkey, was filmed burning the book while shouting that Islam was the “religion of terrorism” outside the Turkish Consulate in February.

He was violently attacked by a passerby during the protest. Coskun was found guilty of a racially aggravated public order offence at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday. He was said to have been motivated “in part by hostility towards members of a religious group, namely followers of Islam”. District Judge John McGarva insisted the prosecution was not “an attempt to bring back and expand blasphemy law.”

He said: “A decision needs to be made as to whether your conduct was simply you exercising your right to protest and freedom of speech or whether your behaviour crossed a line into criminal conduct.”

The court ignored the warnings of Coskun’s barrister, who argued that the charges against her client amounted to blasphemy laws.

Judge McGarva said: “You believe Islam is an ideology which encourages its followers to violent paedophilia and a disregard for the rights of non-believers.

“You don’t distinguish between the two. I find you have a deep-seated hatred of Islam and its followers. That is based on your experiences in Turkey and the experiences of your family.”

He ordered the protester, who is now in hiding, to pay a fine of £240.

However the decision has sparked immediate outrage from senior politicians, including the Tories’ shadow Justice Secretary Robert Jenrick who condemned the move as a return to blasphemy laws of old….

  2. I read this yesterday. The man said he had no hatred of people, but the “judge” decided that he knew the man had such hatred.
    so, it’s not possible now to hate something/someone and remain free of punishment.
    The “judge” has made feelings a crime if the feelings aren’t compatible with the slime of the evil that is enveloping the earth.

    But, again, there is a two-tier to U.K, *justice.* because mozscum there weekly spew hate in their barracks and online and say what they plan to do to those they hate….and nothing happens.
    They can carry out acts of hatred….rape being a favorite way they have….and they can stay free to keep on with their hate, because the need to cut hair or teach kids whom, how and why they are supposed to hate.

    I feel so bad for those honest people living in the U.K. but, I also expect that to be tried here, before too long.

Apostate from Islam… surely he should be given credit for knowing of what he speaks, because he grew up inside Islam, in a thoroughly Islamic country, and knows exactly what it is all about, and if he uses strong language and symbolic action to express his *public rejection* and critique of an ideology he has identified as evil and destructive… that ought to be his right as a free person.

    Would we lock up or fine a declared ex-fascist if they burned a copy of Mein Kampf in public and shouted “F- Nazism”???? What if it were an Arabic or Turkish translation of Mein Kampf??? (Plenty of those in circulation… ).

Because – if the wretched judge opened up the Quran, the Sira and the Hadiths and had a look – or simply turned on the MEMRI channel and spent about an hour browsing accurately-translated and subtitled bog-standard Islamic ‘sermons’ from imams all over the Islamic world!!! – he would learn that Islam IS “an ideology which encourages its followers to violent paedophilia and a disregard for the rights of non-believers.” ‘Disregard for the rights of non-believers’…. Understatement of the century… a conservative estimate of 250 MILLION human beings murdered (often in sadistically torturous ways) and millions upon millions kidnapped, raped and enslaved, by Muslims, throughout the past 1400 years.. .scores of millions in Africa, scores of millions in India, millions of Buddhists across central Asia… the genocide of the Armenian, Assyrian and Greek Christians by TURKEY….shows that Islam is an ideology that teaches not only contempt toward those who are not Muslims, but outright wholesale MURDER.

    Sir Winston Churchill called Islam “the religion of blood and war”.

    John Quincy Adams criticised Islam in no uncertain terms; words like ‘dissolute’ and ‘merciless’ feature in his analysis.

    Neither of them said ‘F- Islam’ but they both criticised Islam.. the ideology… and also criticised the observable behaviour of the very many Muslims who take Islam firmly to heart and (like devout Nazis faithfully and slavishly enacting the teachings of Mein Kampf) translate its teachings into murderous action.

    According to Grok …’The Independent, ITV News, LBC, and other outlets explicitly state the charge was religiously aggravated, focusing on hostility toward followers of Islam.’ Not racially motivated but of interest is the following…

    The man who attacked, Hamit Coskun, was Moussa Kadri, aged 59, from Kensington who has been charged but his trial has been delayed until 2027. Justice for the attacker is delayed for some reason.

    Coskun yelled offensive language, so what. His burning of the Quran was a protest and easily could have been ignored. Those taking violent actions to stop him are the verifiable danger to society. This action by the court sets a dangerous legal precedent. The delay of the trial of the violence is the worst offense here.

    Violence has been ignored time and again in many free speech countries. It is the biggest mistake being made. The heckler’s veto and violence to silence non violent protests should be quickly and harshly punished if we wish to remain free. Freedom of speech is our strongest weapon when confronting the evils of Islam in particular. Anyone who disagrees better get used to hearing it and know there is nothing they can do about it.

  8. That this man who is a citizen of the United Kingdom was arrested and convinced for burning the Qur’an reveals the infiltration of Sharia in UK courts . Likewise,this also reveals that the Muslims who are the stealth jihadists have gained much influence for the power of Islam with its Sharia in that Western nation.

    Nevertheless,, burning the Qur ‘an is a very stupid thing to do. By contrast ,an intelligent way to handle that religious book of Islam and all the deadly violence that it inspires to to study and examine that specific religious book of Islam and then expose the errors and contradictions that it contains.

    This has actually already been done, For example, on pages 145 through 157 in THE ISLAMIC INVASION by Robert Morey in which he wrote a section on the Qu‘ran with its self-contradictions. Just two of the many he cited are the following “The Qu’ran differs on whether a day is a thousand years or fifty thousand years in God’s sight’ and “Who was first to believe? Abraham or Moses [Sura 6:14 versus 7:143]? The above is inconsistent and illogical. Further, Morey wrote about “The fact that Judaism and Christianity broke up into different sects was used in the Qur ‘an to prove that they are not of God [Suras 30:20-32. 42:13, 14]. Yet Islam has broken up into many warring sects and therefore cannot be true if the Quran is right.”

    Moreover, Morey in his book shows many more contradictions and absurdities in the Quran, there are and how Muhammad incorporated extra Biblical and Jewish folklore along with pre-Islamic Arabian myth and parts of Zoroastrian and Hindu stories into the Qur ‘an.

    Furthermore, the Muslims claim that “the Qur ‘an is the direct, literal word of God unmodified in any way by the Prophet who uttered them at the bidding of God.” In addition , in the book UNVEILING ISLAM by Ergun Mehmet Caner and Eethi Caner has shown that the Qur ‘an was modified in the following account on pages 45. “Muhammad felt the need to improve on the words of Allah, since he changed Allah’s wisdom for his own on several occasions. A hadith tells of the nonchalant emendations of Muhammad:’ On a number of occasions he [a scribe] had, with the Prophet’s consent changed the closing words of verses. For example, when the prophet had said ‘God is mighty and wise ‘ Adbollah b. Abi Sarh suggested writing down ‘Knowing and wise’ and the Prophet answered that there was no objection. Having observed a succession of changes of this type, Adbollah renounced Islam on the grounds that revelations, if from God could not be changed at the prompting of a scribe such as himself. After his apostasy he went to Mecca and joined the Qorayshites.’ Other writers reveal that later Muhammad and his people did go war with the Qorayshites and he personally killed Abdollah. Obviously Abdollah knew too much and Muhammad wanted Abdollah’s knowledge to die with him.”

    In conclusion, the Qu ‘ran is not only a fiction, it’s also a hoax.

    Even though the above essay was posted before, it should now be added that the last statement of the above that “the Qu ‘ran is not only a fiction, it’s also a hoax.” To put this in a Biblical way. As in from the Bible, it may be truly explained that the Qu ‘ran is a deceptive work of “the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming.” Ephesians 14:12.. [N.I.V.]

  9. With stealth jihadists gaining so much influence for Sharia in the law courts of the United Kingdom

    It therefore should be made known that the actual origin of Sharia had been revealed in a Time –Life book with the title MESOPOTAMIA: THE MIGHTY KINGS copyright 1995 ” For that future history book about the ancient pagan world of Mesopotamia informs the reader that “many Islamic laws resemble the Babylon and Assyrian forebears.” .page 150.

    Therefore Sharia is of pagan origin and therefore has no value or worth.

  10. It would seem that there is another, much more effective, way to attack mohamedanism, which way, at the same time, would prevent the authorities from attacking the attacker. It consists of arguing that the koran orders believers to kill non-believers multiple times. This is a criminal offence in and of itself. There is this famous German language question where I come from: Wo steht denn das geschrieben’ (meaning: prove it)? Da, da und da (there, there, there). For example surah 2: 191, but there are many other instances, where the same order is iterated. ‘Point well made’ should be the conclusion. Possibly it would be smart to add the specific articles from the criminal code, although the criminality of the orders should be self-evident (as we shall see). Now we have the European Convention on Human Rights, specifically art. 9, para. 2, which states (copy/paste), which views freedom of expression and religion:

    ‘The exercise of these freedoms, since it carries with it duties and responsibilities, may be subject to such formalities, conditions, restrictions or penalties as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society, in the interests of national security, territorial integrity or public safety, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, for the protection of the reputation or rights of others, for preventing the disclosure of information received in confidence, or for maintaining the authority and impartiality of the judiciary.’

    The call to kill non-believers is evidently a call to disorder and crime, is against the protection of health and morals, against the reputation or rights of others (e.g. the pursuit of happiness). Which should ordinarily lead to the conclusion that there is cause for restricting the publication and sale and/or spread and/or use of the koran.

    Please note that politics and jurisprudence make much of article 8 of the same convention: the right to family reunification. Yet restriction of the freedom of religion is practically never mentioned. That may well be because way too many people still think that mohamedanism is ‘the religion of peace’. But that is untrue.

    • I mistakenly copy/pasted article 10, para. 2. Article 9, para. 2 reads much the same, however:

      ‘Freedom to manifest one’s religion or beliefs shall be subject only to such limitations as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society in the interests of public safety, for the protection of public order, health or morals, or for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others.

      Ceteris paribus, one arrives at the exact same conclusion. Sorry about that. It was a bit early when I wrote it.

  12. I know that Britain has an unwritten constitution (pretty amazing, right?), but even then, if blasphemy of islam is to be on the books, shouldn’t MPs vote on it in parliament? Let them write a bill absolutely banning the criticism of anything in the qur’an or hadiths, as well as the desecration of those books, and then actually vote on it, putting their names to it. Then run in elections proudly proclaiming their allegiance to this law

    If they want, members of Tories, Reform or Social Liberals can toss in other faiths – Christianity, Buddhism, Judaism, Hinduism, et al. Labour can maybe accept those amendments as well. Or not, depending on how their more jihadist MPs feel about it

    At least formally put these things into law

  17. Hamit Koskun was not attacked by a ‘passer-by’, as I understand events his attacker came out of the Turkish Embassy with a knife and after the attack was filmed returning to the Embassy.
    If the above is not true, then what is his attacker Moussa Kadri, doing walking around London with a knife, it will be interesting to see how he is charged, ‘2 Tier’ anyone.

  20. When it becomes impossible to stay in Britain, come to Australia and build up the original Aussie people. We will, I hope, suppress the Islamists already here and convert enough of them as has happened.
    I think when we see what happens in Europe there will be a strong move here against Moslem immigration. It has started but is not strong enough yet.
