Before the B2’s struck, all we heard was that there was no evidence Iran was trying to build a bomb. Now those same people, the experts and the media, vocally insist that Iran’s program wasn’t harmed in any way and it’ll have a nuclear bomb any day now.
This complete switchover is yet more evidence that they never really believed in their own arguments about Iran’s nuclear program.
The question is that after having adopted the opposite position, to discredit Trump and Israel, that Iran is racing toward a bomb, are they now telling the truth?
After contending that Iran isn’t looking for a bomb, they now argue that nothing we can do (except give Iran concessions, like letting it build a bomb) will stop Iran from building a bomb.
This turnaround makes “We Have Always Been at War With Eastasia” seem downright tame.

Like Lil’ Audrey, who knew all along (as the house burned and her mother threatened her with “when your father gets home’) that her father had already arrived and had gone upstairs to bed….the “experts” and the media and those who now chant for iran to burn down the U.S. knew all along that a bomb to blow up the world was in the making.
They had to lie if they didn’t want Israel to have a good reason to do what they have done. Now, they are probably lying in saying that nothing was damaged which would prevent the bomb-making to continue.

Logic is an enemy of any bogus ideology. Actually, the chief enemy of such and exactly why it is the chief ally of non-bogus ideologies, as examples democracy and capitalism.

Yes, the Western MSM (and other rogues like many academics) claimed that Iran was years away from developing nuclear weapons but now the MSM is claiming that Trump’s actions only set back Iran’s nuclear capabilities by months.
Damn, if only we had an honest MSM—and one rooted in basic reason.
But we don’t. And the American MSM has learned nothing from the 2024 election, just as the Democratic Party has not. And why anyone still extending respect to the American MSM and the Democratic Party is, effectively, a buffoon.
Sad to say there are a Hell of a lot of buffoons out there. So many that it is a legitimate question whether a free society can survive with such massive ignorance because freedom and proper knowledge are tied at the hip. Can’t have one without the other.

I’m very much inclined to the viewpoint that a free society can certainly tolerate a certain percentage of buffoons, i.e., foolish people, and still that society can exist as free (and orderly and other good stuff along these lines). Indeed, even in the best and freest of societies fools will exist, some of them even malevolent fools. But there comes a tipping point when a free society is in grave danger if the “buffoonish element” of that society becomes too great a percentage of that society. I think from the 1960s onwards American society, and Western society in general, has been pushing that “tipping point” more and more and we now have one of America’s two major political parties that is on the cusp of idiotic mode, if indeed it has not already surpassed it, and ditto for the MSM.
Not looking good. Not at all. But perhaps America and the West will survive in tact. Looks like a close call, as the survival of civilization at its best often is (e.g., the defeat of the ancient Persians by the ancient Greeks in the the Fifth Century BC or the defeat of Nazi Germany in WWII). And if America and what’s left of the West does survive it will be ZERO thanks to the MSM and the Democratic Party of the USA. Of this I am certain.

Wellington, it is certainly the same. I was wondering how they would feel if they were inducted? A woman who was being inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame rejected it due to how “studio musicians” were called something of which she disapproved.
Today, chuckie schumer, “the ranking Jew in the Senate,” endorsed the communist/marxist/muzzy for mayor of NYC….who has praised hamas and is working for a “global intifada.”. Give chuckie a star in the idiots’ walk of shame.

He is, however, representative of just how far the Democratic Party has fallen. Anyone still remaining a Democrat has something wrong with them, only the degree and reason why functioning as variables.
