So it seems Mohammed Sinwar is dead. The de facto chief of Hamas in Gaza has been ‘eliminated’, says Israel. Yesterday, in a speech marking 600 days of war between the Jewish State and that army of anti-Semites, Benjamin Netanyahu said Sinwar was indeed killed in Israel’s airstrike on the European Hospital in Khan Younis on 13 May. If this is correct, then it is a blistering defeat not only for Hamas but also for the West’s furiously Israelophobic elites. For one of their chief libels against Israel – that it bombs hospitals for sport – may have just taken one hell of a beating.
Mohammed Sinwar was the younger brother of Yahya, who was leader of Hamas in Gaza from 2017 until his assassination by the Israel Defence Forces in October last year. Yahya masterminded the pogrom of 7 October 2023. Mohammed succeeded him following his assassination. Hamas really has been decapitated. The Sinwars are dead. Mohammed Deif, head of the al-Qassam Brigades, was slain in an airstrike in July last year. In that same month, Ismail Haniyeh, Hamas’s political boss, was taken out in a targeted strike on a guesthouse he was staying at in Tehran. This has hands down been the most successful anti-fascist operation of the 21st century so far.
The reported killing of Mohammed Sinwar could prove to be an especially important event. It would have consequences – brilliantly dire ones – both for Hamas and for the West’s army of Israel-haters. It seems he was meeting with his fellow neo-fascists in a bunker under the courtyard of the European Hospital. That’s a hospital that was set up with a grant from the European Union and run by the UN through its local Palestine agency, UNRWA. Let that sink in: a mass murderer of Jews, the leader of a movement that carried out the worst act of anti-Semitic slaughter since the Nazis, found refuge under a facility funded by the globalist outfits that are forever wagging a finger at ‘genocidal’ Israel….
This is what has been laid bare by the reported death of Sinwar in a tunnel under a hospital: the ruthless duplicity of Hamas and the staggering gullibility of the Western commentariat. This event threatens to drag the anti-Israel activist class off that moral highground they think they occupy. For 18 months they’ve been libelling Israel as a nation in the grip of such genocidal lunacy that it desires the destruction of every life-giving facility in Gaza. They overlook, or outright deny, the reams of evidence showing that Hamas hides in hospitals, stores weapons in hospitals, uses hospitals as bases in which to torture its opponents. Now we know it even has its highest level meetings under hospitals….
The European Hospital was a “dual-use” structure. There were some medical personnel and patients. But the building’s main use for 20 months was no longer to heal, but to serve as an outpost where Hamas hid its fighters and its weapons, and where its senior leadership, including Mohamed Sinwar, thought they could safely meet in a subterranean room built under the hospital. The anti-Israel media has been insisting all along that the European Hospital, just like all the hospitals in Gaza, was simply a medical facility that the cruel Zionists in their bloodlust insisted on bombing. Now we know, as Brendan O’Neill points out, that the corpse of Mohamed Sinwar is conclusive evidence of how the hospital building was used to provide literal cover for Hamas’ senior leader in the Strip. This won’t stop the antisemitic zealots from insisting it was “only a hospital,” as they have claimed for all the hospitals in Gaza. Why, even after the IDF had killed 200 Hamas terrorists who had been hiding inside the Al-Shifa Hospital, and after another 500 Hamas men emerged from the hospital to surrender, those zealots consumed with hatred for the Jewish state still continued to insist that “the Israelis attacked a hospital.” Now the bodies of Muhammad Sinwar and several other senior Hamas commanders who were killed as they met in a room built directly under the European Hospital, may be enough to convince those not hopelessly anti-Israel that the Israelis have a point. No UNRWA school is just a school any longer; no hospital in Gaza is any longer just a hospital. Brendan O’Neill wants us to keep that firmly in mind.

Just about every day, a *news* organization….not usually one, but several….laments that “2 million gazans’ are starving. This has been happening for weeks, months…going on years, now.
The claim has been made that tens of thousands have been killed outright by the IDF. and that a “genocide” is taking place.
Clear reasoning would say that a population can’t be killed off by the military and starvation and stay at the same numbers.
I did a quick search and found these figures…
gisha reports the population of gaza at 2.1 mil….this year.

and that is an increase of over 22 thousand in the **last year.**
Now, the bbc says that 93% of these people face ‘food insecurity’
One thing I found very interesting: al jezeera says that the population is down by 6% since hamas massacred innocent people (they use the date, not the facts otherwise)
And….both cnn and reuters report the same….pop down by 6% since Oct 23
And for nearly two years, the population of 2 million have been “starving”….but they have increased in numbers by more than 2%
It is truly “absurd.”

“Two Israeli men were indicted Sunday on charges of weapons transactions and violating defense export controls, for allegedly selling and transporting hundreds of tons of dual-use chemicals into the Palestinian Authority without authorization and while making efforts to conceal their activities.
Yehezkel Moshe, 66, from Moshav Pedaya, was named as the first defendant, and Jihad Wazuz, 43, of East Jerusalem, as the second.
The indictment noted that four terror attacks were carried out in the West Bank between March and August 2024 using explosives made of dual-use materials. And it stated that a Palestinian agricultural supply store owner in Hebron who purchased dual-use chemicals from Moshe was arrested in September 2024 for selling such chemicals to a terror cell, which then made bombs used in those terror attacks.
According to the indictment, Moshe and Wazuz allegedly formed a criminal conspiracy to import thousands of sacks of potassium nitrate, calcium, sulfur, and other dual-use chemicals that can be used to make explosives, starting some time in 2019.
They continued these activities even after the outbreak of war following the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack, and even after they became aware that their chemicals were being used for terror purposes, the indictment alleged.”

One of the main ways I think Israel has suffered, in the narrative war and thus public opinion, started with Arafat’s invention of “the Palestinians”.
He was able to turn the “David” of the narrative, Israel, into the “Goliath”.
Since Israel’s foundation, a map of the Middle East showed tiny Israel surrounded by an enormous mass of Muslim countries.
By inventing “the Palestinians” Arafat et al managed to change the aperture of the view.
They narrowed it down to “the Palestinians” Vs. Israel.
Then when enormous Islam attacked tiny Israel via Gaza, the “West Bank”, the Golan etc Islam could pretend to be “Palestinians” and their “brothers in solidarity” defending their “native land”.
“Palestinians” could hold up maps of Israel in the U N and show how much land Israel has “stolen” from
“the Palestinians”. Failing to mention Israel gained the land in defending itself against Islam’s repeated proxy assaults by “the Palestinians” et al. Mahmoud Abbas avoids the sweeping view of Israel surrounded by Muslim countries by keeping the view narrow and adding a deceitful narrative to explain the land loss.
“The Palestinians” are just the pit bulls for Islam – as useful dead as they are alive.
I would suggest Israel, and its supporters, start bringing maps to the U N that reflect Israels continuing reality of being surrounded by Islam. A pictures is worth a thousand words.
