Despite Trump’s frenetic tweets and comments regarding the ceasefire, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s response has been measured and balanced, expressing gratitude toward Trump and calling him Israel’s “greatest friend in the White House.” Given Joe Biden and his administration, the cup is indeed half full.

I’m also thankful the fighting has ended, but let us not let our guard down. Islam has broken many peace treaties in the past, so I’m not to trusting of their word.

Israel is not safe until the Islamic regime in Iran is eliminated. Netanyahu without doubt knows this . Trump is behaving like he has control of a war game with tin soldiers . So much happening out of sight. A ceasefire gives both sides a respite but hostilities could resume PDQ .
