Muslim Rapist of 15-Year-Old Girl Blames ‘Cultural Differences’

In the past, I documented the frequency of the “cultural differences” defense for Muslim rapists in Western nations.

Esmatullah Sharifi, an Afghan refugee, offered an Australian woman a ride home and then put his right hand around her neck and his left hand over her mouth and raped her. Sharifi’s lawyers claimed that due to cultural differences he was confused about the nature of consent.

This wasn’t Sharifi’s first misunderstanding of the difference between rape and sex. He had already been sentenced to 7 years in jail for raping an Australian teenager on Christmas Day in 2008.

Last year, an Egyptian Muslim cleric was arrested for groping women on a beach. The spokesman for the Dee Why Mosque said that by groping a grandmother pushing a stroller and an underage girl, Ahmed Alkahly had been “showing love and compassion but had misunderstood the cultural differences between Australia and Egypt.”

Almahde Ahmad Atagore made his own effort at showing love and compassion by sexually assaulting seven women and girls. The youngest of his victims was only 13 years old. Afterward he laughed.

Atagore’s lawyers blamed cultural differences and Judge Margaret Rizkalla agreed, telling the Libyan Muslim rapist, “It seems you were very ill prepared to deal with cultural differences.”

In the Ashfield rapes, four Pakistani brothers raped eighteen women and girls. Their father urged that his sons be pardoned because they “did not know the culture of this culture.”

One of the brothers appealed his sentence arguing that he had committed the rapes based on cultural differences with how Pakistani girls behaved. The older brother said in court that only now that he had gained a “better understanding of Australian culture” did he finally realize that rape was wrong.

The father of the rapist brothers said of the victims, “What do they expect to happen to them? Girls from Pakistan don’t go out at night.”

This defense popped up in the UK’s Muslim sex grooming gang scandal.

The report chronicles how Operation Augusta was launched and then scuttled after her death in 2003, despite identifying 97 suspects and 57 victims. The victims were, “mostly white girls aged between 12 and 16”, and the perpetrators were, “mostly men of ‘Asian heritage’”. By ‘Asian’, the report means “predominantly Pakistani men” though at least one of the perpetrators was apparently Tunisian.

Constable B, the anonymous cop responsible for some of the most revealing quotes in the report, said, “What had a massive input was the offending target group were predominantly Asian males and we were told to try and get other ethnicities.”

“There was an educational issue. Asian males didn’t understand that it was wrong, and the girls were not quite there. They were difficult groups to deal with. We can’t enforce our way out of the problem,” Constable B said.

That reminds me of the defeatist “we can’t kill our way out” of dealing with Islamic terrorism motto.

And as a result the UK is full of rapists and sex offenders with cultural differences.

A man who raped a 15-year-old girl after following her on a street in Stirlingshire has been jailed for nine years.

Sadeq Nikzad, 29, targeted the girl in Falkirk town centre in October 2023.

Nikzad, an asylum seeker from Afghanistan, repeatedly requested her telephone number, uttered sexual remarks then led her into a courtyard where he raped her.

The court heard that Nikzad had entered the UK illegally two years before the attack.

Defence counsel Janice Green told the court there were language difficulties and a “cultural barrier” between Nikzad’s home country where child marriage was common.

She said: “I’m not suggesting that means that he reasonably believed (the complainer) was consenting, but that there’s a reason why he could have misunderstood.”

The reason is that this sort of thing is fine in Afghanistan. It’s fine under Islamic law (as long as the victims are non-Muslim women and girls) which means that it’s fine to any devout Muslim.

The question then is whether the UK and the rest of the free world will choose between welcoming in cultures where sexual assault is understandable or protecting its own women and girls.

Refugees welcome really means rapists welcome.

    Common sense says that it’s wrong, and they know it’s wrong when they do it. That’s why they hide afterward, and why they deny having done it. And when those two don’t work to keep them free to do it again, they claim they didn’t understand due to “cultural differences,” and “misunderstanding.”

    If they can’t act like normal humans, they don’t belong walking free where humans walk.

  2. Those stories are flabbergasting to me. My daughter in law is of Pakistani descent.. and her mother is American. She is American and went to GMU and is an accountant. To me she looks American but apparently her skin tone is white and hair black and “Pakistani men” can tell she has some “middle eastern” in her. I can’t see it. My son has blonde hair and blue eyes. BOTH of them have mentioned to me that when she is out in public that Men of CLEAR MUSLIM not American men actually try to approach her and speak to her and SHUT UP QUICK when they realize she is married to my son, American. The are both University graduates and OBVIOUSLY AMERICAN is dress and speech. THESE NOT UNDERSTANDING CULTURE Is ABSURD. RAPE as I HAVE SAID BEFORE IS AN ACT OF VIOLENCE AND FORCED SUBMISSION.     • It seems that Islam creates males who only avoid sexual violence against women who are in approved Islamic clothing cages, minded by Muslims, and invisible at night. Of course they know assaulting any woman is against western laws. They just think we’re dumb enough to believe them and, unfortunately, too many are stupidly ignorant, even judges, about Islam.

  4. I tell ya’,this whole ‘Asian’ thing,referring to them as Asian bothers me,whether I am in the right or wrong.I always thought of the Oriental/Far East as Asian. Guess I am in the wrong. I mean,why don’t they say ‘middle easterner’ instead? about Afghan and Pakistanis?
    Anyone care to clarify this for me? Am I in the wrong?

    • They may be Asian, but the reason they say that is for two claims they make: one, they can then say “racist” if people complain and it obscures the fact that they are mozscums

      After all, there are some few non-mozscums in pakistan and afghanistan, etc. (we know because they get persecuted, accused of blasphemy and murdered.)
      they want to smear everyone who comes from Asia….any part of it…so as not to focus on islime.
      I have always thought that Asian meant people in China, Korea, Japan, etc. from my school days.

    The chief problem remains, to wit, mankind got a major religion which is sick to its core. That religion is Islam and until all the games being played which deny this reality(e.g., Bush 43 saying that Islam is a religion of peace and tolerance—and to think I voted for this doofus twice), no longer exist, then mankind will continue to suffer unnecessarily .

    When evil is not properly characterized as evil, anything is possible. Mankind, and especially the West, is witnessing these “possibilities” in our time again and again and again because Islam still gets a pass.

    • For almost all of Western history since Islam’s inception in the 7th century AD, tg, the West followed what you stated that was so important, i.e., treating Islam as inimical to the West’s own interests. Well, not any longer over the past half century as the West has been led by gooey and stupid people like Macron, Trudeau, Pope Francis, Biden (or what was left of him) and Merkel.

I remember reading something by John Quincy adams where he contrasted Christianity with Islam’s filth and nailed Islam. Churchill saw Islam clearly as well. Some of those wishy washy dead shits you mention are either complete idiots or are too gutless to call out Islam as the evil filth that it is.

    • Rape and violence against non-islamic followers is taught in the MOSQUE’S around the world to their little boy’s. That being said allowing young men from muslim countries into your country is a danger to your female population. These young men don’t change their belief’s when they cross our borders.

  12. Back in 2017, one of my posts was censored by then Twitter for using the term “rapefugee” (which had been coined by other people) to describe these refugee rapists in Europe. It’s high time that that word makes its way into regular use and be unapologetically used w/ the adjectives “muslim” or “islamic” to make it clear to regimes all over the West that we are done whitewashing mohammedans and their crimes

To show leniency towards persons of this ilk because they know no better would be to allow them to continue to view women in he same way as they have been taught and furthering the rule of Islam! Under Islam women are possessions of me literally! yet everywhere governments and officials SUPPORT Islam! They even fund it and allow countless Islamic organisations and Islamic charity to exist. They allow their mosques etc and so they will find that they are treated to the Islamic preference for treating women as objects of possession with very limited rights able to rape them on sight if not covered correctly! It is sad that a government administration can’t enact legislation to end the privileges for a dog like this refugee, and ensure he sees tough prison time being kicked out to this country of origin. Shows how [politicians do not see the need to protect their own citizens, for fear of being challenged by nasty organisations like the UN . The fact that this animal was allowed to continue to live in Australia after the sentencing in 2008, is stark evidence of an impotent government.Shame on everyone concerned.

If Afghan males cannot understand the difference between Muslim culture and Western culture in terms of the right to rape women – which I understand as it’s ok to rape a woman who acts in a friendly manner to a male, then it is impossible to allow male Muslims into Western nations. So an immediate immigration deportation act should begin to remove all Afghan and Pakistani males from Australia and other Western nations. And their removal is predicated on pedophile rapes as well so children are endangered by this “cultural” difference. When Pakistan and Afghanistan and other Muslim nations join the civilized world then it could be a possibility of allowing males from these Muslim countries to visit Western nations.
