Jonathan Brown is a Georgetown professor, a Muslim convert married into a terrorist family and a slick defender of the worst atrocities of Islam.
Front Page Magazine has covered him before when Brown defended sex slavery.

“I don’t think it’s morally evil to own somebody,” Jonathan Brown explained to attendees at his lecture. “Slavery cannot just be treated as a moral evil in and of itself.”
To a man who argued that slavery was wrong, Brown retorted, “How can you say, if you’re Muslim, the Prophet of God had slaves. He had slaves. There’s no denying that. Was he—are you more morally mature than the Prophet of Allah? No you’re not.”
“A male owner of a female slave has the right to sexual access to her… her ‘consent’ would be meaningless since she is his slave,” Brown had also explained in the past.
“Slave women do not have agency over their sexual access, so their owner can have sex with them,” he appears to have written on Facebook.
Jonathan Brown continued defending and extolling these views even as actual academics were canceled for the most minor offenses against political correctness.
More recently, Brown argued that the Islamic repression of non-Muslims was fine because they could have just converted to Islam.
“So, in general, it’s correct to say that in Islamic civilization, both in theory and in practice, non-Muslims living under Muslim rule were called dhimmis and were lower in status than Muslims. But all they had to do to become part of this elite was say ‘There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.’”
After America’s air strikes on Iran’s nukes, Brown went viral for suggesting that “I hope Iran does some symbolic strike on a base.”
That’s not just coming from an academic. As Mark Dubowitz of FDD points out, “Brown is married to Laila Al-Arian, a journalist for the Muslim Brotherhood propaganda outlet Al Jazeera. Her father, Sami Al-Arian, was deported from the U.S. to Turkey. He was accused of providing material support to the US-designated and Iran-backed terrorist organization Palestinian Islamic Jihad.”
The real question is how long Georgetown, which educates our foreign policy elite, will keep on giving Brown a pass. And how much pressure will it take to get Georgetown to do the right thing.

His comments only make sense in the fractured world of Islamic logic. This sex slave, I presume, would have been forced into slavery. It is unlikely this was agreed upon by her free will. Since he is now a convert to Islam, would his Muslim wife be content with him taking a nine-year-old girl for his sex slave? Islam opens up the door for him to do so. I suspect he may have converted to Islam because he got turned on by Islam’s use of sex slaves. He asked that man who disagreed with him if he was morally superior to Allah’s Prophet and then told him he was not. I am morally superior to Allah’s Prophet. It is easy to be morally superior to someone that has no morals. All of this is because the Mo had trouble getting laid.

Jonathan Brown is not only a fool but a malicious fool. And deep shame on Georgetown for keeping this malevolent clown around.
But then Georgetown (how ironic considering it is nominally a Catholic university) lost its collective soul many years ago. Anyone of sense and knowledge should have nothing to do with Georgetown because although there are many American universities which have become a disgrace, all eight Ivy League schools for example, Georgetown is still close to the top of the list of institutions of higher learning which have become anything but (and rather bought and paid for by Islamic funding aplenty I might add).
Only fools or worse would attend Georgetown any longer. It has become a farce of a university. Were I an employer hiring people right out of college, I would scratch Georgetown off my list pronto like. I would want educated graduates, not indoctrinated graduates.

Surely Jonathan Brown, has done enough, by ardently defending both slavery and sex slavery, and by calling for Iran to attack and kill Americans, to deserve to be fired. Tenure has its limits; it should not be allowed to protect such a creature. Georgetown has both a right, and a moral duty, to dismiss him.

Actually, the avrage American is not a slaver, a rapist, a pedophile, a caravan raider, a torturer, or a mass murderer. So yes–the average American, including virtualy all of his students and no doubt this person questioning him, are indeed all more morally mature than the vicious “Prophet” Muhammed.
He also claimed that he was “too cerebral” for anyone to understand his apologia for slavery and rape.

Claiming he was “too cerebral” is the sort of delusion of grandeur that can come from various personality disorders. Certainly one cannot be raised under American ideals, then sanely embrace Islam’s philosophies.

Dr.Brown has a Youtube channel. I have occasionally listened with fascinated horror, and wondered how he’d fare in a debate with our own Robert Spencer.
He also has a son (that I know of). I sometimes wonder how that boy will turn out. When the boy (then perhaps 5 years old) was briefly in one video, I noted that he did not behave like an American boy, but rather like a Middle Eastern boy. I’m not sure how to describe it, but the difference was stark.

Mal im Ernst. Das hat doch nichts mehr mit Meinungs- und Forschungsfreiheit zu tun. Das ist menschenverachtende, gewaltverherrlichende Hetze. So einen Akademiker-Darsteller darf man doch nicht auf unsere Kinder und unsere Jugend loslassen.
Er sollte umgehend aus dem akademischen Betrieb der Universität entfernt werden. Solche antiwestlichen Agitatoren gehören nicht an staatlich finanzierte Bildungseinrichtungen. Dieser Heini sollte sich im Kreise seiner Liebsten ein neues Zuhause in Islamistan suchen.
Vielleicht besteht auch die Möglichkeit strafrechtlich gegen ihn vorzugehen. Solche Intellektuellen sind die geistigen Brandstifter für Terror und Gewalt.
