There seems to be no real punishment anywhere. An American serviceman in HI, murdered his pregnant wife, cut her up and put her in the garbage. He got just 23 years. She was 6 months along, so the baby was large enough for the ghoul to see he had killed his son.
These young ghouls have as much guilt as older ghouls. They have been instructed in rape….probably by being raped, so they know how painful it is, how it makes the victim feel humiliated…and they used it to cause the child as much pain as possible.
I’m glad she told and her parents supported her; but you are right in that the perps will likely not be punished.
