Non-Muslims paying for the upkeep of Muslims is a Qur’anic dictate: “Fight against those do not believe in Allah or the last day, and do not forbid what Allah and his messenger have forbidden, and do not follow the religion of truth, even if they are among the people of the book, until they pay the jizya with willing submission and feel themselves subdued.” (Qur’an 9:29)
The caliph Umar said the jizya payments from the dhimmis were the source of the Muslims’ livelihood: “Narrated Juwairiya bin Qudama at-Tamimi: We said to `Umar bin Al-Khattab, ‘O Chief of the believers! Advise us.’ He said, ‘I advise you to fulfill Allah’s Convention (made with the Dhimmis) as it is the convention of your Prophet and the source of the livelihood of your dependents (i.e. the taxes from the Dhimmis.)’” (Bukhari 4.53.388)

A 27-year-old man allegedly threatened to kill a man Monday morning in Vienna-Ottakring after using a public restroom near Yppenplatz. He had previously demanded money for using the free restroom, police reported on Tuesday. He then allegedly followed the victim and made further threats with a knife. Police arrested him and confiscated the pocketknife and a small amount of drugs.
During the investigation, another victim was identified who was also allegedly threatened by the suspect after using the restroom and demanded money. The suspect, a 27-year-old Afghan national, refused to confess during questioning. He was taken to a correctional facility. According to a police spokesperson, no further details about the crime were available on Tuesday.

Judaism and Christianity have not changed anything that God commanded – because the Bible is the Word of the living God, it reflects His wisdom, which includes clearly delimiting the circumstances and timing of any requirement on believers to act as instruments of His judgement. Thus, commands for judicial slaughter such as “You shall not allow a witch to live” are limited (1) to the Jewish theocracy of the OT, and (2) to the time before the Cross made it possible to do what Paul did in Acts 16:16-19, when he stopped witchcraft (note that the Bible treats mediumship and witchcraft as interchangeable terms) by casting out a familiar spirit, thus targeting the real cause of evil, rather than mere human collaborators. Christians who participated in such events as the Salem witch trials transposed OT theocracy into the US setting, and failed to take their stand on the finished work of Christ.

Now what? Is Austria going to allow these people to remain in Austria or deport them. This is almost an intelligence test. If you deport them, you pass the test. You are logical and normal.
