Whoever signed with it should go to prison; and everything they did, would rightly be null and void.

Yeah, everything that was signed w/ Autopen “by” Biden should be declared null & void, & every such law repealed retroactive to 2021. Then let Trump decide which of those he’d sign, vs which ones he’d veto
Also, whoever operated that Autopen should be tried for treason – every one of them. Including the people Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson name as keeping Biden isolated from everyone, including White House staff, cabinet officials and Democrat congresspeople. Do something punitive so that a clear message is sent to every bureaucrat that the government is not theirs to run

Those very ones, guilty of many crimes, kept saying “no one is above the law.” They were right with that statement and should be facing a jury; every one of them.
