The people of Gaza are indeed suffering tremendously, but their suffering is to be blamed on the real culprit: Hamas (Harakat al-Muqāwama al-Islāmiyya, or the “Islamic Resistance Movement”).
Hamas has made no secret of its goal to obliterate Israel, and the whole world knows that the group is funded by Iran, which also aims to obliterate the Jewish state.
Israel has and had no choice but to dismantle Hamas and eliminate its threat, while Hamas used its own people as human shields.
Shame on the leftist-governed UK, France and Canada.

By asking Israel to end a defensive war for our survival before Hamas terrorists on our border are destroyed and by demanding a Palestinian state, the leaders in London, Ottawa and Paris are offering a huge prize for the genocidal attack on Israel on October 7 while inviting more such atrocities.
The war began on October 7 when Palestinian terrorists stormed our borders, murdered 1,200 innocent people and abducted over 250 more innocents to the dungeons of Gaza.
Israel accepts President Trump’s vision and urges all European leaders to do the same. The war can end tomorrow if the remaining hostages are released, Hamas lays down its arms, its murderous leaders are exiled and Gaza is demilitarized. No nation can be expected to accept anything less and Israel certainly won’t.
This is a war of civilization over barbarism. Israel will continue to defend itself by just means until total victory is achieved.

They called on Binyamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, to stop military operations and immediately allow humanitarian aid into the region.

On Monday nine aid lorries entered Gaza, providing some relief at the end of a ten-week Israeli blockade. The United Nations described the delivery of humanitarian aid as a “drop in the ocean”.
In their statement, Starmer, Macron and Carney said: “We strongly oppose the expansion of Israel’s military operations in Gaza. The level of human suffering in Gaza is intolerable. Yesterday’s announcement that Israel will allow a basic quantity of food into Gaza is wholly inadequate.”
“We call on the Israeli government to stop its military operations in Gaza and immediately allow humanitarian aid to enter Gaza. This must include engaging with the UN to ensure a return to delivery of aid in line with humanitarian principles.”
The three nations also said that the Israeli government is at risk of “breaching international humanitarian law” by forcing the permanent displacement of Palestinians and condemned the “abhorrent” language used by Netanyahu’s ministers….

Yes there are some hungry people in Gaza (probably a lot fewer than claimed).
But there were, too, in the final three years of WWII, an awful lot of hungry Germans… but if someone, back then, had suggested that all trade and other blockades be lifted, and that for ‘humanitarian’ reasons large amounts of food and fuel should be provided to Nazi Germany, by the Allies… food and fuel that would enable the war to be prolonged, because it would naturally be channeled straight to the Wehrmacht – can you imagine what sort of answer would have been given???
Hamas’ Gaza reminds me a whole lot of Hitler’s Berlin (right on down to being littered with copies of Mein Kampf!!).

Back in the day, 1930s-1940s, there were two Englishmen, both soldiers, both involved with the ‘British Mandate’.
There was Orde Wingate, a courageous, decent and brilliant Friend of Zion. During the 1930s he chose to encourage and train the Jews of nascent Israel to defend themselves; and from all accounts he did so very effectively. HIs superiors did not like this, and packed him off to other fields, such as Ethiopia (then Abyssinia) and finally Burma (now Myanmar) where he died. Had he survived WWII, it is entirely possible he would have thrown in his lot with the Jews, and become a general in the IDF.
Much, much more sadly typical of British elite attitudes at the time (and, it seems, now), alas, was ‘Glubb Pasha’, a thoroughgoing Islamophile and Arabophile, who liked swanning about in Arab garb, and was well and truly in the corner for the Muslim Arabs. He was in charge when the Jordanians invaded and seized old Jerusalem – with its Temple Mount, many ancient synagogues (which were subsequently dynamited, by the Muslims), its ancient Jewish cemetery (subsequently systematically desecrated, by the Muslims) and ancient Jewish quarter – and rendered it pristinely Judenrein, by driving out every single one of its Jewish inhabitants. He did however refrain from permitting the Muslim troops under his command to *massacre* the Jews; the Jews were merely driven out in the clothes they stood up in, leaving behind all their property, which was seized by the allahu-akbaring Mohammedans.. and presumably Glubb Pasha thought this was a jolly good thing…
