Tommy Robinson is free, but could be back in prison soon

The UK authorities are desperate to silence Tommy Robinson, the foremost dissident voice in the country. He is due back in court on June 5, and could be headed back to prison then. It would be no surprise.

Meanwhile, what he says about the freedom of speech in Britain is quite right. The British government is persecuting him because he tells truths it doesn’t want known.

Tommy Robinson, the far-Right activist, has been released from prison after what a judge called a “change in attitude”.

The 42-year-old, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, left HMP Woodhill in Milton Keynes on Tuesday after his 18-month sentence was reduced by four months at the High Court last week.

He had longer hair than previously and a bushy beard, and was wearing a rosary around his neck.

Speaking outside prison, Robinson thanked Elon Musk for his public backing.

In a ruling, Mr Justice Johnson said that there was an “absence of contrition or remorse” from Robinson, but that he had shown a “change in attitude” since he was sentenced.

Mr Musk, the Tesla billionaire, has openly supported Robinson and even described him as a “political prisoner”.

His backing was the catalyst for Mr Musk’s fallout with Nigel Farage, after he said the Reform UK leader did not have “what it takes” to lead the party he was thought to be close to making a large donation to.

Mr Musk’s social media platform, X, was one of the few places that kept Robinson’s Silenced documentary up. Robinson claimed it has now been watched by 167 million people after Mr Musk shared it.

In a 20-minute address to the camera, Robinson said a war was being “waged” against free speech in Britain.

“I have absolutely zero regrets,” he said. “I believe the British public deserves to see the truth.”

Robinson said he would be hosting a free speech festival on September 13 to “celebrate our weapon and what they hate most”.

He was jailed in October after admitting multiple breaches of an injunction made in 2021, which barred him from repeating false allegations against a Syrian refugee schoolboy who had successfully sued him for libel.

His Silenced film was about the case and was pinned to the top of his profile on X throughout his imprisonment, but has now been taken down.

Robinson is currently facing two further, separate court cases, and is due to appear at Westminster magistrates’ court on June 5 accused of harassing two journalists.

He is charged with two counts of harassment causing fear of violence between August 5 and 7 2024….

  1. The ‘journalists’ were harassing him and his family, they actually doxxed them, but that won’t matter to the Liebour government and the dirty activist judges on their payroll.
    They’ll put him away again for this, anything goes so long as they can shut the dissenters up.

      Quite agree w/ you. Also, on the “Far Right” label, just being against muslim immigration alone doesn’t make him even “Right”, let alone “Far Right”. We don’t know his views on subjects like taxes, tariffs, foreign policy on Russia, China trade policy & so on. In fact, one person I disagreed w/ him on – Andrew Tate. For someone who’s an avowed anti-jihadist, Tommy should have known better than ally w/ a convert to islam, even if it was fighting the good fight against this 4th wave Feminism

    • Okay, just watched the whole interview. Completely agree w/ him: the UK is pretty much in the same league as Communist China, North Korea and Russia. In fact, one thing those other 3 countries are not doing – importing foreigners to come in & rape their kids

      I do hope that he doesn’t get arrested b/w now and September 13th. Also, if he is, the US should exit all military & intelligence agreements w/ the UK – things like Five Eyes, AUKUS and so on

  11. I watched his ‘Silenced’ documentary. That Syrian kid was a bully and a monster according to teachers and students. He deserved what he got. The media made him out to be this little Muslim refugee victim.

  13. With reference to the Silenced documentary, I´m totally confused as to how the Judge in the case totally dismissed the 5 school girl witnesses as to the behavior of the little Syrian shit, even dismissing the schools own report on him.
    With such total judicial bias against him and his legal team, what chance can any future proceedings involving Tommy be termed justice, it´s a sad state of affairs where not only is Tommy on trial but the whole of the UK justice system, I wonder if in their self confident stupor that they realize this, but this time at least he will be heard by a Jury of his peers, lets see just how the absence of a biased Judge influences the outcome, but the whole sickening system needs him to be locked up, guilty or not.

    • The judge had his opinion written even before the trial concluded. Many of TR’s judges have been muslims; he’s never been allowed a trial by jury.

Since the election od our communist dictatorial Government under the slug Starmer, we have no free speech in the UK any more. He take money and gifts from Muslims and he is in their pocket. It is vital that the USA punish this Government and force them to return to free speech at least on the same basis that it exists in the USA. By the way, the Reform Party is also under the influence of their Islamic Chaairman who has forced Farage to support no cap on Child Benefit payment as this will be important to the islamist comunity who have many wives and multiple kids each. Only difference is that Murray has that elite, Oxford-style vibe about him, which is why he’s treated a lot seriously and respectfully even by those who disagree w/ him.
