“Islamic State of South Africa” is an interesting choice of names, particularly coming from an accused jihadi, but Hoomer’s message is certain to find many eager hearers in South Africa. Sharia promises to restore stability to society, which it actually does, albeit through terror. As South Africa continues to deteriorate, Farhad Hoomer has a big opportunity.

JOHANNESBURG – A Durban man once accused of running a terrorist cell in South Africa has turned politician and wants to bring Sharia law and the return of the death penalty.

Farhad Hoomer said his party, the Islamic State of South Africa, is in the final stages of being officially registered with the Electoral Commission of South Africa.

Hoomer has been arrested for attempted bombings and conspiracy to commit terrorist acts. However, all his charges were provisionally withdrawn by the national prosecuting authority.

He said Sharia law, a set of guiding principles for Muslims, is the only way to fix everything wrong in South Africa.

“If you live under Sharia law, it is compulsory for the president that’s ruling to make sure there is no crime in the land, to abolish interest and drugs,” said Hoomer….

    This news is disturbing but is unlikely to have a significant outcome in SA given a small Muslim community. What is more concerning is that, like many other evils in our beautiful country, this sort of initiative is even allowed to emerge.

    • The migration invasion of Islam starts out in small Muslim Communities in all countries that have open borders.

  3. Anyone running on an Islamic or Sharia ticket in politics should automatically be imprisoned for 10 years. That’s it.

  4. Muslims appear to understand Sharia guidelines in all matters of personal, civil, and military regulation. Also, the vast majority of Muslims want Sharia as the Law of the Land. However, Muslims disagree on the interpretation, or how to fully implement, Sharia Law in our modern times. The official understanding of what Sharia Law encompasses is located in the official publication, “Reliance of the Traveler,”

    The book “Reliance of the Traveller” (Umdat al-Salik) is a classical manual of Islamic jurisprudence, specifically for the Shafi’i school of thought. It is widely recognized and considered a significant resource in Islamic law.

  5. I understand that the ANC, and native South African Blacks have no use for Whites, and ergo, Christians. In which case, why don’t they resurrect the native religions of their major Black tribes, like the Zulus and Xhosas, and make that the recognized/official religion of their country? I fully understand if they think that Christianity is alien to their country, but so is islam. They should reject every foreign religion in their country, while they’re in that anti-Boer mood

    I know they have that alliance w/ the Palis, are anti-Israel and so on. However, islam is no more native to their country than Christianity is, so they should look at something else like Amatongo of the Zulus (my source for this being a Civilization VI game mod, so don’t hold me to this 😈

    • South Africa is about 80% Christian, and many of those Christians are Black. Your idea that only Whites are Christan is mistaken. Not this makes the ANC any better, of course.

      • They may well be. But the ANC has been “decolonizing” South Africa – changing the name of cities such as Port Elizabeth to Gqeberha and so on, so I think it’s fair to assume that they’d like to not only massacre Whites, but also remove all cultural remnants of White history in that country. That would include Christianity: they were definitely not Christians before the Portuguese, Dutch & Brits arrived

        My point above was that if that’s what they want to do (not condoning the “kill the Boer” genocide calls at all), then they should painstakingly try & resurrect the ancient faiths that they followed before any of those European settlers arrived. Rather than embrace islam

    • James, I have a friend who came here from South Africa a long time ago. He is White and his English is perfect.
      I haven’t seen him for years, but I wanted to ask him that question, and never did. He would probably have laughed and said he was just an American.
