How long can any nation survive the presence within it of large numbers of people who openly avow their desire to destroy it?

During an April 24, 2025 webinar celebrating the 71st birthday of Mumia Abu-Jamal, who is serving a prison sentence for the 1981 killing of a police officer, Rishi Arun, President of Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) in Temple University, Philadelphia said: “It is our job to destroy imperialism, to destroy the United States […] by organizing in a way that actively undermines and destabilizes the legitimacy and power of the state.” Arun was one of the leading organizers of the Pennsylvania State student encampment in 2024. The event was titled “Twisted Laws: Mumia, Universities & Palestine.”

Mohammed Khatib, the Europe coordinator of the Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network, a U.S- and Canada-Designated terror organization, spoke about the connections between student activism, Palestinian prisoners, and armed struggle. He added: “If Palestine is liberated, this means this is a nail to dismantle the United States of America.”

The webinar was shared on Samidoun’s website, and opened with a live audio call from Mumia Abu-Jamal himself, who praised the pro-Palestine movement as the most important freedom movement in modern America. Abu-Jamal’s connection to the live call was disrupted during his opening remarks, and the webinar proceeded without him. Samidoun has been designated a terrorist entity by both the U.S. and Canada and was described by the U.S. Treasury as a “sham charity” used to raise international funds for the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). Khaled Barakat, the founder of Samidoun, has been identified by the U.S. government as a senior member of the terrorist group PFLP.

Mohammed Khatib, Samidoun: “We see this existential connection between the Palestinian student’s movement and the political prisoners.

“The Palestinian students, the day after the Oslo [Accords], they changed their activism from the campus to armed struggle.

“If Palestine is liberated, this is a nail to dismantle the United States of America.”

Bina, student activist: “We know it is a victory when a red triangle goes above an Israeli soldier’s head, and a pig gets iced. We know that is a victory. We know it is a victory when prisoners break out, we know it is a victory when all these things happen. But a lot of people don’t necessarily know that. And it’s not their fault they don’t know that. It’s our fault.”

Rishi Arun, Students for Justice In Palestine (SJP), Temple University: “We will free Mumia [Abu-Jamal] because it is our job to destroy imperialism, to destroy the United States, and to destroy capitalism, and the system of extraction that it relies on to perpetuate itself. We will do it by organizing in a manner that actively undermines and destabilizes the legitimacy and the power of the state, the power and legitimacy of capitalism.”

  1. We are allowing a sick, traitorous element to flourish in our country. How is this Trojan horse allowed here. This is not free speech. This is incitement to violence.

    • What bothers me is Trump pandering to the America Muslims for their vote. I don’t see how he’s going to protect us from those people.

      • How did Trump pander to the Muslim vote. Was it shutting down the border? Maybe supporting Israel? Was it the economic sanctions and bombing of Iran in his first term. Help me out.

  3. Saying they are ‘here to destroy America’ is a Capital crime. This ugly ghoul should be arrested, tried and a sentence carried. out which fits.

    They all clamor for destruction, death, etc. until they are arrested and then it’s “due process” and they want all the trimmings. And no detention for him and the rest like him.
    So give his ghoul “due process” for his capital crime. Lethal injection, the chair or the firing squad. His punishment is “due.” Way past.

  4. Is Rishi Arun a US citizen? If not, he ought to be deported: not to India, despite the possibility that he may not be a muslim per se, but to either Pakistan or Bangladesh. Drop him nearer to his cherished destination

    On a larger note, SJP should be declared a terrorist organization and banned, as though it were al Qaeda. They are at the center of Antisemitism in this country, which had never been seen before Obama

    • Infidel, Vast majority of Indians are spoilt brats, having a super bloated ego and the knack of not using the brains most of the time. Who gave him the assignment to destroy a nation? If anything, you can see this unfold while travelling in trains. Truely disgraceful and full of shame. I don’t know if he can be given capital punishment and a burial in Indian ocean. BTW, a medical doctor from Indian Army said that about 85 % of Indians are narcissists. I find it hard to believe but with age on “my side” it is slowly creeping into my brains.

      • The name Rishi Arun seems about as Hindu as a section of the Vedas themselves. I wonder what he thinks of the terrorism unleashed on Hindus in Bangladesh and India itself?

        As for whether he’s deportable or not, y guess he’s a spoiled, US-born kid who had his brain thoroughly washed during K-12 [mis]education.

        I will withold judgment on Indians per se. I’ve had good medical care from immigrant physicians from the Subcontinent, worship in a church with a few immigrants from that region and/or their offspring, and have a few as colleagues.

  5. Our problem isn’t the 1st amendment, it’s corrupt and communist judges who allow these pricks to remain in the country, spew their hate and insanity, and then undermine common sense, the will of the people, and generally disregard national security.

    • Agreed. The American judiciary has for the most part become a national disgrace and menace. We are living in an era of judicial tyranny.

    • Absolutely right 40 rounds. Much like the Blue Code among police the USA has a Law Degree Code among perhaps 80 percent of the ABA credentialed (it is not just judges). It really should be no surprise that many of those that rise to the top of the establishment are vomited out on us from the top Law Schools in the country. Schools that have now exposed themselves to be subversive institutions in America. Of course they think the same. That is what they were taught. Of course they go along. That is where the money is.

      If you need a good lawyer hire Wellington just to make sure you have the representation you deserve.

  7. Ignore the judges that issue unlawful edicts. Edicts that were from the outset illegal and unconstitutional. No standing. No one is above the Law and that includes the Law itself. What we need now was written in and signed in the US Constitution of 1787. Over nearly 240 years later we can see they got it right. Really amazing for the time.
