Ah, the Pulitzers. Remember Walter Duranty, the Pulitzer Prize winner in 1932, for his series of articles telling the world how splendid the Soviet Union was doing, and what a wise leader Joseph Stalin was? And as for stories of millions dying of starvation in the Ukraine — the infamous “Holodomor” — Duranty flatly denied that it occurred. Or what about the Pulitzer that was awarded to John F. Kennedy for Profiles In Courage, a book which Kennedy’s aide Theodore Sorensen ghostwrote for him?
Now we have another scandal a-brewing with this year’s Pulitzer.
Among the finalists — though not the winner — this year was the Washington Post staff for its international reporting. Reporting on what? Why, Gaza of course, and the atrocities committed by the IDF. Here is the description — presumably written by the Washington Post itself in submitting its entry to the Pulitzer Committee — of what the paper’s international staff had done to be considered for a prize:
For haunting accountability journalism that documented Israeli atrocities in the Gaza Strip and investigated the killings of Palestinian journalists, paramedics and a 6-year-old girl whose recorded pleas for help touched a nerve around the world.
Among the reporters who covered Gaza for the Post was an Englishwoman, Louisa Loveluck, who upon hearing that the Post’s reporting on Gaza was a finalist for a Pulitzer, addressed virtually the Post’s newsroom. A Washington Post correspondent who has faced scrutiny over major factual errors in her reporting on Gaza gave a scathing critique of Israel’s military conduct on Monday after the paper’s war coverage was named as a Pulitzer Prize finalist for international reporting — even as it has drawn accusations of bias stemming from its reporting on the ongoing war with Hamas.
Louisa Loveluck, a London-based correspondent focusing on the Middle East who was cited among several Post journalists in the Pulitzer announcement for their reporting about the conflict, delivered virtual comments to the paper’s newsroom during which she decried Israel’s military actions in the wake of Hamas’ Oct. 7 terror attacks, according to audio of her remarks obtained by Jewish Insider.
“Two million civilians are trapped there through no fault of their own,” Loveluck said in her remarks to the newsroom on Monday. “The life they lead there is a nightmare. The level of suffering is so grave that we have often struggled to find the words.”
In emphasizing that “individual stories are lost in the deluge,” Loveluck highlighted one investigation recognized by the Pulitzer committee that explored the circumstances around the death of Hind Rajab, a 6-year-old girl allegedly killed by Israel as she and her relatives sought to escape fighting in Gaza City.
“The Israeli military maintains to this day that it was not there, it was not responsible,” she told her colleagues, while urging “anyone who can bear it to read her story.”…
And if the IDF says it was not present, not conducting any attacks near where Hind Rajab was killed, why shouldn’t we believe the IDF? Doesn’t it have a record of telling the truth at least as long as Hamas’ record of telling lies? Loveluck refuses to even consider that possibility, and expects her audience to do the same.
But it gets worse. At least Loveluck and her colleagues, though finalists, did not win the prize. Someone who did win a Pulitzer this year, for Commentary, was a Palestinian propagandist and “poet,” Mosab Abu Toha. One of the winners of this year’s Pulitzer Prize – Palestinian poet Mosab Abu Toha – disputed whether the Bibas family was murdered by their captors and argued that Israeli hostages should not be called hostages.
This was first revealed by the watchdog HonestReporting, which also called for Abu Toha’s award to be rescinded.
The prize should be rescinded. For the sake of the Pulitzer Prize’s reputation it must be rescinded. Decency requires that it be rescinded. But guess what? It won’t be. The Pulitzer Committee will haughtily decline to have its judgement questioned. It will brazen through the scandal. Its motto is “never apologize, never explain.”

Who are the Pulitzer’s committee members – the PA and Hamas? This is the second article about a prize given to a 100% Anti-Semite. Yesterday it was for Palestinian poet Mosab Abu Toha, who has been targeted by pro-Israel groups in the United States for deportation, has won a Pulitzer Prize for commentary. This is a guy who said female Jewish hostages kidnapped on Oct. 7 cannot be called “hostages” because they served in the IDF. And that a mother and her two children who were also kidnapped that day and murdered was a BBC propaganda story. Now this idiot who writes:

The nightmare – which was intended to be only a nightmare for Jews – of Gaza is entirely on their own shoulders for supporting no less than a Nazi inspired Arab group of terrorists who murdered, raped and even placed Jewish infants in ovens. And then filmed the whole thing as you would on a vacation!!!!

Is it at all possible that you list things like names of who runs the Pulitzer Prize and any other information you may have? HUGH, IF YOU ARE OVERWHELMED, I WILL HELP YOU RESEARCH AND NOT JUST ON THIS BUT ANY OTHER as well. NO compensation required.
Please, your writing is stellar but we MUST do more research into these groups and others that wish to eliminate and turn our US into what’s now the U.K. We all know this is what they’re now trying to do and have become EMBOLDENED to do so – and it’s NOT just Jews but Christians as well.
