Muslim Brotherhood leader praises Muslim youth in West for having ‘dual powers of Islam and Western citizenship’

The Muslim Brotherhood (MB) has made no secret of its goals for North America, and, in fact, for the entire West. It was Western appeasers who allowed it to try to realize these goals. In “An Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Brotherhood in North America,” its entire plan is outlined. In the Brotherhood’s own words:

The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.

Kuwaiti MB leader Tareq Al-Suwaidan is now satisfied that the MB plan has been successfully executed, thanks in major part to Western useful idiots who refused to see reality, and who smeared anyone who called out the threat of the MB with the label “Islamophobe.” These Westerners betrayed their countries and worked hand-in-hand with entities that the Justice Department named unindicted co-conspirators in a jihad terror funding case, the Holy Land Foundation trial. These were largely Hamas and Muslim Brotherhood operatives.

It is often said that the future belongs to the young. Al-Suwaidan “praised the current generation of Muslim youth in the West, saying they are the best generation of Muslim youth he has seen in his many years involved in da’wah. He explained that they possess both a high standard of Islamic knowledge and adherence, as well as the professional abilities they have gained from living in the West.”

How does that compare to the cultivation of knowledge in Western youth about their own history, culture, traditions, and religious convictions and how all of these are under threat from the red-green axis?

Kuwaiti Islamic scholar and Muslim Brotherhood leader Dr. Tareq Al-Suwaidan discussed Muslim activism in the West in an episode of The Thinking Muslim podcast. He praised the current generation of Muslim youth in the West, saying they are the best generation of Muslim youth he has seen in his many years involved in da’wah. He explained that they possess both a high standard of Islamic knowledge and adherence, as well as the professional abilities they have gained from living in the West.

Al-Suwaidan stated that they do not carry the same inferiority complex as the first generation of migrants, and that they must use their citizenship to advance the Islamic nation. Addressing Muslim youth in the West, he said: “This is your country, and you should pressure your politicians to change their stance, and you should make them fall down in elections if they don’t. You don’t have this fear the migrants had, so use it.”

Al-Suwaidan was dismissed as director of the Saudi Al-Risala TV in 2013 after publicly declaring his affiliation with the Muslim Brotherhood. He was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the U.S. case against the Holy Land Foundation for funding Hamas terrorism, and has been banned from entering several countries, including the United States and Belgium, due to his ties to terrorism and antisemitic views.

Tareq Al-Suwaidan: “You know, your audience knows, that I lived in the West. I lived in America for 17 years. So I know the West from the inside. And I took my high school from there, all the way to my PHD – all in the U.S. And my children were born and raised in the U.S., from Pre-K G, all the way to PHD. So I know the West very well.

“And I have been in touch with the Muslim youth and I have been training them… The first training I gave, my brother, was in 1986. I am still in touch with them. Brother, after 50 years in Da’wa, I am swearing by Allah, I have not seen a better Muslim youth generation than the present one. Wallahi, this is amazing, what is happening. Their awareness of what is going on, it is amazing. Partially thanks to social media, that worked for us. This is amazing. The professionalism that I have seen in them – I have not seen in all the generations I have been in touch with.

“And I have trained the youth from the East and the West. For example, I do a leadership training in Istanbul every year for about 130 young men and women that we choose from all over the world. Usually from 30 countries in the world. Every year, year after year, the best among them are the youth that are coming from the West. Better than all the youth in the Muslim world. Of course, there are exceptions. But in general, I am talking.

“What is this? This is amazing. They have been raised with an Islamic value, with an adherence to Islam, with huge awareness, and in every part of business or professionalism, in every area of life, they are really very high standard. So your youth have two powers in their hands. They have the power of Islam, and they have the power of the Western world. They know what is going on. And there is something psychological happening.

“When I went to the States, I was a student. I never migrated, I never applied for their passport. But I have seen many of my friends begging to become Americans. They had this inferior feeling in their heads and in their actions. You do not see this in that second generation and third generation. They are British. They are American. They are French. They should act like that. This is your country and you should pressure your politicians to change their stance, and you should make them fall down in the elections if they don’t…

“So you don’t have this belief that the migrants had, so use it. Use this, all of this. Use Islam and your area of business, and use your citizenship to support your ummah. This is what you should do.”
