This kind of court case is virtually unimaginable in the West, where the freedom of the conscience is assumed. But as the West continues to accept aspects of Sharia without any awareness regarding its dangers, this kind of thing will eventually make its entry into the West as well.

PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal here has dismissed a Muslim convert’s attempt to renounce Islam and revert to his original faith of Christianity.
Justice M Nantha Balan, who chaired a three-judge panel, held that the man’s appeal had no merit.
Sitting with him were Justices Nazlan Ghazali and Azmi Ariffin.
The 47-year-old man married a Muslim woman in 2010. However, they divorced five years later.
In 2016, he filed an application in the shariah court to renounce Islam, but was ordered to attend “counselling sessions” instead.
The shariah court subsequently dismissed his renunciation application and ordered that he undergo further counselling sessions.
The man’s appeal to the shariah appeals court was also rejected.
He then turned to the civil courts seeking to nullify the shariah court’s decision, and sought a declaration that he is entitled to profess his original faith….
“We affirm that shariah courts have the exclusive jurisdiction to hear these cases and civil courts cannot interfere,” he added.
The court also noted that the shariah court had dismissed the man’s application to renounce Islam on grounds that the evidence presented was “insufficient”….

Why does he need to go through the courts to renounce Mohammedanism? Is there some advantage to doing that? Very strange legal doings, sounds like something you would see in the UK. Recently, a man was charged by the British Crown with “offending the institution of Islam”.

As for the U.S. Under bo and his lying “healthcare”….the one pelosi had to pass to know what was in it….some group of Catholic nuns refused to pay for baby killing and were taken to court.
In Colorado, a Christian baker didn’t want to make a cake for a homosexual *wedding* and was taken to court…even after the Supremes said he had a legal right to refuse…at least twice.
And there was also a young woman who didn’t want to accommodate a homosexual *couple* and was taken to court. There was the little elderly florist who faced the same thing.
When mozlums in the U.S. reach that certain *status* which homosexuals *enjoy,* everyone should be prepared with a lawyer and lots of cash to spend on Court filings and appeals.
Christians can stay faithful, no matter what scummy mozlums and scummy mozlum *courts* decide.

Malaysia is a very racist country, it discriminates against non muslims and also against both the Chinese and the non Malay people.
Compared to Indonesia, at least in Indonesia sometimes there is no law that discriminate certain things such as job opportunity or religious thing, although the discrimination does take place in reality. But in Malaysia, it is writen in the law.
Both Malaysia and Indonesia may be considered as moderate Islamic countries, but they are not.

So this guy went to a sharia court to get permission to denounce Islam. LOL. Not sure when the rest of the world will finally see what Islam is.
