Sometimes, as a neutral observer, one gets the impression that migrants enjoy a “cultural bonus” in court. In Linz, a 19-year-old Syrian, who had not hidden his sympathies for the terrorist militia “Islamic State,” was given a suspended sentence. In doing so, he provided insight into the brutal worldview of the jihadists. But after a confession, a reference to his young age, and a commitment to taking a German course, he left the court free.
Beheadings were “normal” for him
Austria is struggling with the brutal consequences of mass migration. Hardly a week goes by without a shocking case of imported violence. Just last February, a Syrian man’s insane act in Villach caused outrage. The IS sympathizer stabbed a local youth group in broad daylight and killed a 14-year-old boy, only to grin from ear to ear as if in mockery when he was arrested.The 19-year-old Syrian man who appeared in court in Linz this week, however, had not yet resorted to open terrorist violence. However, for over a year, he had spoken to a fellow resident in a social housing facility about a supposed duty to kill non-believers. The migrant, whose cell phone contained a large amount of IS material, made similar comments to his caregivers: “You can behead non-believers, that’s normal and it’s written in the Koran.”
Lean sentence due to German course and other issues.
At first, the facility tried discussions and sitting circles before finally contacting the authorities. The investigation has now culminated in a trial for membership in a terrorist organization – which normally carries a sentence of between one and ten years in prison. However, the young immigrant even got off with a nine-month suspended sentence and attendance at a deradicalization program.The trick: He not only confessed, but also reformed. He claimed to have “allowed himself to be influenced by older people” and had simply known nothing else. Furthermore, according to the judiciary, he had “changed his appearance” and had a favorable social prognosis because he intends to take a German course, perhaps become a teacher, and start a family. Another mitigating factor was that, according to the youth court assistance, his living situation had “improved” due to his family’s reunification in Austria.
Second Chance Instead of Deportation
The case raises several questions – and exposes the empty words of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU/CSU/SPD) government. The government allegedly wants to suspend family reunification and take steps toward repatriation to the country after the overthrow of Assad. In reality, however, deportations to the Middle Eastern country are still not taking place. Only a few hundred Syrians accepted the offer of voluntary return – after four months, over 99.8% of all Syrians were still in Austria.Now, a convicted terrorist sympathizer is being let off the hook with a suspended sentence, the absolute minimum of the possible sentence range. Not only is he allowed to continue to stay in the country, but he is supposed to be allowed to build a life here, for which he even brought his family into the country. If even fantasies about the beheading of innocent people no longer constitute a violation of residency – what crimes are even still considered to be?

Some of this is just beyond the pale. Being born in Germany *my father was ARMY rip years ago. I do understand the culture. Post WW2 the German people even those who were not Nazis and in fact Germans who lost their lives FIGHTING THE NAZIS, who were LUTHERAN or Catholic, or fled the country to Poland or tried to gain asylum in America. and who were DENIED were made to feel GUILTY FOR EVEN BEING GERMAN. I know this because my mother who was German, and her father who died in the middle of War 2 and fought in WW1 born in the late 1888’s or so who tried to leave Germany, and move to Switzerland pre HITLER were made to feel guilty JUST BECAUSE THEY WERE OF GERMAN DESCENT. Even though they were CHRISTIAN and were NOT supportive or responsible for the EVIL OF THE HITLER’s REGIME which was filled with BRAINWASHED LEFT AND RIGHT WING PEOPLE: the result is that Germany is a LEFT WING SOCIALIST COUNTRY. As an American I used to argue with my German Uncle, he lived until 2014 age 88 or so and he was a SOCIALIST/Communist. My mother was not. She became a center of left American (too left for me but that is Ok.. she never voted) I PREDICT EVENTUALLY THE GERMAN PEOPLE WHO STILL HAVE A BACK BONE LEFT WILL KICK THESE SYRIAN TERRORISTS OUT: IF THEY DON’T they will end of being taken over by Islam and a war may even break out there. It may happen here.. if the ISLAMIC TERRORISTS DO NOT STOP. AMERICA HAS A SECOND AMENDMENT and AMERICA IS STILL AN ARMED NATION. THANK GOD

This Muslim piece of crap has no chance of being a decent addition to Austria society. Same for most of the other Muslims in Austria and all other western countries. The Hungarians and poles know that and slam the door shut on Muslims. It is incredibly annoying watching all the other countries destroying themselves by letting the knuckle dragging scum invade the country. In a sensible world Islam should be banned.
