Did the “Palestinian” billionaire Bashar Masri provide crucial help to Hamas? He denies it: “October 7 victims sue mogul for using USAID-funded site to aid Hamas tunnels,” by Michael Starr, Jerusalem Post, April
Masri “unequivocally opposes violence of any kind,” according to the spokesman, and rejected the idea that he or his companies had engaged in unlawful activity or provided support for violence and militancy.
The spokesperson noted that Masri, a successful and respected Palestinian American entrepreneur and business leader, has been recognized by the US for his humanitarian work and efforts to promote regional peace and stability and has been widely recognized by the United States and all concerned parties in the region.
What exactly were those efforts “to promote regional peace and stability”? Masri is one more fake “moderate” who presents himself to the world as a do-gooder, a businessman who has built a model town in the West Bank, been a builder of homes and offices and factories in Gaza, a man we are encouraged to believe wants only to improve the lives of Palestinians, but takes no sides in the political feuds between Hamas and the Palestinian Authority. It appears he is not quite so above the fray — a “simple businessman” — as he pretends. He has helped Hamas tremendously by helping to construct the vast tunnel network Hamas uses to move men and weapons about. Now the relatives of American-Israelis who were murdered on October 7 by Hamas think Masri should be made to pay for the help he gave to the murderers of Hamas.
Now we will find out, through discovery, just what Bashar Masri helped to build in Gaza, and how he did it. The complaint portrays Masri not as a technocrat or peacemaker, as he has fooled some people in Washington (and on the Kennedy School Board) into believing, but as someone whose vast network of companies, including PADICO and Massar International, allegedly enabled Hamas by offering “dual use” facilities — public-facing businesses that doubled as command centers and logistics hubs. He has also been accused of attending a 2022 signing ceremony with a senior Hamas weapons official; there are also claims that his Gaza-based properties hosted Hamas planning sessions.
The tunnels, of course, only had one purpose: to help Hamas move men and weapons throughout Gaza. Did Masri divert USAID money meant for other buildings, to pay for the building of that vast tunnel network ? Did he know, or should he have known, what those tunnels were intended for? What kind of work did his companies in Gaza do directly to build those tunnels, and to continuously supply them with electricity? Did his companies do the work, or did Masri only contribute to their being built by others? What are the ties between Bashar Masri, the “blameless technocrat”and the murderers of Hamas?
Let’s hope this case gets lots of attention from the American press, and that, in the end, exactly what Bashar Masri did will be beyond dispute. If he loses, given that there will be at least 200 plaintiffs — if each were to receive $5 million, that in American courts is a reasonable sum for loss of life — that could have a severe impact upon the finances of the billionaire. And of course, should this lawsuit prove successful, the families of other dual-citizenship Israelis will also want to bring lawsuits against Masri. More than 30 of those killed were French nationals; their families will be able to sue in French courts. then there are families of nationals from the UK, Netherlands, Italy, and other European countries who were killed on October 7; those families could sue in the courts of their own countries. And another 50 or so multi-million dollar awards could take care of whatever was left over in Masri’s account after the case in American courts was decided.
The wheels of justice grind exceeding slow, but they do grind. And at the end of it all, Bashar Masri may be a ruined man.

I’ve made friends with many White people, but most of them have never told me of their heritage, from which nation their ancestors came.
Some times their names give them away…such as Mc’s and O”s or Von, or Van, before a full last name.
Most Black people I have met and many have become friends, don’t call themselves African-American.
So why must mozlums always include something? Because they see it as the most important thing about themselves.

If all the foreign aid that went to the” Palestine people” or the aid that went into “the Gaza” over the last 50 years everyone living there would have nice housing ,nice schools ,nice hospitals ,paved streets up graded sewage and water systems ,.The place would be all first world ,instead they dig up water pipes and repurpose them into missiles ,the leaders buy up property in other countries for themselves and themselves families stealing money to off shore accounts they become billionaires . Their own leaders spend money meant for re-building their country on terrorism bombs ,missiles ,terror groups ,tunnels ,jihad payday pensions for martyrs to the cause. .The Palestinian people can never get “their leaders” to hold elections because that would mean an end to the gravy train of aid they steal. It is always the “JEWS” fault ,it is the “JEWS” fault if they defend themselves from attacks .It is the “JEWS” fault the people in “Palestinians” live in fear of the terror groups running their own country.

One thing I’ve noticed is that the worst monsters are always wearing a humanitarian mask. .. Or better yet, described by everyone that knows them as being very kind and generous people who wouldn’t hurt a fly. What’s the real story on how he got to be a Palestinian billionaire?? Maybe if the US is lucky they can deport him too… If he loses at trial and it is shown that he made his billions off of his projects which were actually originally funded by USAID money I hope the US government sues him as well.
