Kudos to JK Rowling, who has been at the forefront in the battle for women’s rights against the aggressive trans agenda, about which she has warned that there was “something dangerous.” She has endured abuse for standing up courageously.
Let’s hope this sensible, unanimous, groundbreaking supreme court ruling is trend-setting across the West, and translates into the protection of women everywhere. There is no turning back the clock for the countless underaged girls who have had to endure the presence of naked men who identify as women in their changing rooms, or for the young women who have lost medals in sports because they were no competition for testosterone-driven men identifying as women, or for the women who have been raped in prisons by men identifying as women. These incidents should never have happened in the first place. They all happened thanks to radical leftists, and need to stop everywhere.

The UK supreme court has issued a historic and definitive ruling that the terms “woman” and “sex” in the Equality Act refer only to a biological woman and to biological sex.
In a decision that delighted gender-critical activists, five judges ruled unanimously that the legal definition of a woman in the Equality Act 2010 did not include transgender women who hold gender recognition certificates (GRCs).
The judgment could have far-reaching ramifications and lead to greater restrictions on the access for trans women to services and spaces reserved for women. It prompted calls for the UK’s laws on gender recognition to be rewritten.
The UK government said the ruling brought “clarity and confidence” for women and those who run hospitals, sports clubs and women’s refuges.
A spokesperson said: “We have always supported the protection of single-sex spaces based on biological sex. Single-sex spaces are protected in law and will always be protected by this government.”
The case was brought to the supreme court by the gender-critical campaign group For Women Scotland, which is backed financially by JK Rowling, after two Scottish courts rejected its arguments that the Equality Act’s definition of a woman was limited to people born biologically female….

Long, long ago, a Higher Court said the same. It seems so many humans are just so afraid of the Truth, and now, a human court has had to agree with Creation to set it in human law.
There will likely be those who still insist that males can become females if they want to be participants in what should be just the ladies.

I have DNA proof I was conceived, not designated at birth, as XY. When it comes to public toilets, I see no reason to forfeit my privacy and do not expect it of others. I do not want to share it with gays or anyone pretending to be a male. I am sure there are XX individuals who reasonably expect privacy. Replace all commodes with stalls and/or require DNA ID.

In America our tax dollars pay the bill for both sides of the discussions. The lawyers love it. A criminal goes to jail for life and his appointed lawyer will file numerous appeals that the tax payer pays for along with his cost of being held. We also pay for the lawyer representing the State and the judge hearing the appeals. It’s a gravy train for the lawyers.

Women are absolutely evil to each other if they disagree. Then its hairpulling and other non-niceties.
Please explain to me, if one male (psychich deranged because he believes himself to be a woman) is in a room of 10+ women – even of the age of 10-18, the women cannot stand together and give this man a good workover. You know like in “Full Metal Jacket” where the entire platoon gives Private Paula a blanket party.

Back in the days when common sense was actually rather common I would hear from Western Feminists about just how awful actual men were in their treatment of women and now today I hear actual feminists defending men who THINK they are women and allowing them to be in wee girls Locker Rooms walking around naked.
