Crooked Biden allowed his former crooked Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to manipulate American laws by setting up “a secondary immigration system” to allow illegals to enter the country. And Obama-appointed judge Indira Talwani is now working on the Biden administration’s behalf to block Trump’s efforts to restore law and order in America. Her disrespect for American rule of law is shocking. American law is obviously intended to protect American national security and American interests, not to force the government to allow unauthorized migrants into the country. There’s a reason many on the right accuse leftists of hating America.

A federal judge issued an order Monday evening blocking the Trump administration from rescinding the Biden administration’s “parole” program for unauthorized migrants from Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti and Nicaragua, saying the move was too “arbitrary.”
Judge Indira Talwani, an Obama appointee to the court in Massachusetts, ordered the government not to move ahead with the cancellations and to discredit the notices already sent to many of the hundreds of thousands of people affected.
She said, at the very least, the migrants should be allowed to live out their current parole periods without fearing deportation.
“Defendants have offered no substantial reason or public interest that justifies forcing individuals who were granted parole into the United States for a specified duration to leave (or move into undocumented status) in advance of the original date their parole was set to expire,” the judge said.
“Instead, the early termination, without any case-by-case justification, of legal status for noncitizens who have complied with DHS programs and entered the country lawfully undermines the rule of law,” she said.

I guess cleaning up dog shit has no end. Finally, it’s my opinion that a few of these federal judges need to be deported to the Countries that they claim to support.

This stupid judge should know that if any legal action X is done by executive order, it can just as easily be undone by executive order. That’s precisely what Trump did w/ Affirmative Action – something that President Lyndon Johnson originally introduced in the same manner
Indira Talwani is obviously a DEI hire from Obama. I can’t wait to see how proud she becomes when she’s reversed by SCOTUS on appeal!
