Mohamed Adan Mohamed had a plan. Having been named ‘Mohamed’ twice, he decided to live up to his illustrious forefather by following in his footsteps, stealing stuff and threatening non-Muslims in Minnesota.
Authorities say they believe a southern Minnesota man accused of theft and online threats may have been planning a “mass casualty event.”
Mohamed Adan Mohamed, 24, of St. Peter, faces felony charges of theft and threats of violence following his arrest after a shoplifting incident last week at the Scheels store in Mankato.
Employees told police that a man wearing a medical mask, gloves, a heavy winter jacket and a green stalking cap — later identified as Mohamed — entered the store and began selecting several 9mm firearm magazines, bear spray and body armor. Employees say they became suspicious when he began grabbing high-priced merchandise without looking at the price, the complaint said.
Mohamed allegedly told people on the sales floor that he had an “AR style rifle that was calibrated to 9mm” before fleeing the store with over $2,150 worth of items.
An investigating officer, noting the listed items, recalled that he had been on a call for service within the week prior due to Mohamed “making several media posts showing firearms and ammunition and one post showing himself pointing an apparent assault rifle at the camera,” the complaint said. The hashtag for the social media post was “#deathtoamerikkan&israelliImperialism.”
How soon until Dems and the media make Mohamed their new martyr and we get sad updates about how much he’s suffering accompanied by cries of “due process” and “freedom of speech”?

Legal or Illegal. He many be luckier as an illegal. If he is from a dangerous Muslim country and he is deported there, do you really think that Congress people like Van Holland will fly to that country and negotiate on his behalf? Central or South America is better ( less dangerous). Europe is even better. But Gaza or Syria or Syria, Sudan,etc. is beyond Van Holland’s “courage”. No “due process” conversations will follow him by phony Congressmen and women who just want to make life difficult for Trump.

This type of situation seems to becoming more and more common here in the States. Those who’ve been caught before committing what authorities believed could have been a mass murder event, have (usually) not been careful in their planning, specifically through social media postings of admitted intent. Wiser, keep-it-on-the down-low would-be terrorists are (most likely) here, biding their time fine tuning their plans to assure success. Insh’Allah.

What’s w/ this spelling America w/ a “k”? I can understand it during Cold War times, when it might have been done b’cos Cyrillic doesn’t have an equivalent of “C” that makes the “ka” sound, so in Russian, America has to be spelt w/ a “k”, and since the Soviets were Russian, that’s what they did. But today, what equivalent forces anybody to spell the same word w/ a “k”? If they want to, they could maybe do what Arabs and Pakistanis do, and just use the word “Ameriki”, which is their word for this country

It might be a way of trying to ensure that his posts reach the audience he wants, and not the one that he doesn’t (e.g., law enforcement agencies). I note that he spells Israeli as Israelli as well.
