“Mahmoud Khalil hates the United States and what we stand for”
Mahmoud Khalil, the former Columbia U student, was a leading figure in the campus riot movement that celebrated the Hamas attacks of Oct 7, endorsed terrorism, called for ‘Death to America’ and was “fighting for the total eradication of Western civilization.”
The foreign national was busted by ICE and prepped for deportation for his activities. Democrats and the media, from Sen. Schumer to the Jewish Democratic Council of America, rallied to Khalil’s defense.
They demanded ‘due process’. They just got it and neither they nor Khalil are very happy.
A judge in former Columbia University activist Mahmoud Khalil’s case ruled against him Friday, finding he is eligible for deportation while giving his legal team a little less than two weeks to respond.
Jamee Comans, an immigration judge in Louisiana, found the government’s case is “facially reasonable.” She gave his team until April 23 to file its response.
The government had “established by clear and convincing evidence that he is removable,” Comans said, The Associated Press reported.
“I would like to quote what you said last time that there’s nothing that’s more important to this court than due process rights and fundamental fairness,” Khalil said at the end of the hearing. “Clearly what we witnessed today, neither of these principles were present today or in this whole process.”
That and “the total eradication of Western civilization.”
Khalil’s OJ level team of lawyers is trying to take the case to a friendly federal judge in New Jersey, but the Supreme Court just ruled that habeas cases have to be heard in the ‘district of confinement’ which is not New Jersey.
Meanwhile, this is what leftists are fighting for.
On Wednesday, the administration submitted a memo to the court from Secretary of State Marco Rubio, in which he cited Khalil’s “past, current, or expected beliefs, statements, or associations” as the basis for his deportation and argued that allowing him to remain in the U.S. would foster a “hostile environment for Jewish students in the United States.”

“Mahmoud Khalil hates the United States and what we stand for—so his removal should come as welcome news. It is a privilege to be granted a visa or green card to live and study in the United States of America. When you advocate for violence, glorify and support terrorists that relish the killing of Americans, and harass Jews, that privilege should be revoked, and you should not be in this country,” DHS Secretary Kristi Noem tweeted.
“Being a guest in our country is a privilege not a right. If you promote terrorism and antisemitism – there will be consequences,” National Security Advisor Mike Waltz tweeted.
The White House one was simpler.

The goon, the mozlum ghoul, should be gone already. We should not, any of us who value Freedom and Life, have to hear any more of his complaints.
One thing I have learned about mozlums….they never stop the whining and complaining and demanding that things get all twisted up for them so they can have their way, every time, every day.
This one has gotten more “due process” than is called for by Law, and the courts have bent over backward against the laws in order for his lawyers to talk until he has committed a terror attack.
Two more weeks of allowing him to stay and keep on huffing and puffing against the very freedoms he has abused.

Back to the desert where his seething hatred is going to burn and sizzle everything and everybody around him.
This guy is one to watch so it’s good that Thunderbirds have upgraded to Nuclear.

He is fortunate he said and did those things at Colombia. If he had tried that in my neighborhood he wouldn’t be out there running his mouth. He might not be able to speak due to his jaw being wired shut. The police might have needed to be called in to protect him from himself.

Big question, why are we issuing student visas to these men from foreign countries that are so anti-America? It’s like adding the enemy and in many cases these so called students actually attack American citizens right here in our country. Whats to gain by allowing them access to our higher education system and to spread their hate and violence in the host country? Is the cash flow from islamic countries that important to American Universities and collages?
