Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made an address to the Iranian people in 2018, offering help with their supply of water, in which he said:
Today I’m going to make an unprecedented offer to Iran. It relates to water; the Iranian people are victims of a cruel and tyrannical regime that denies them vital water. Israel stands with the people of Iran, and that is why I want to help save countless Iranian lives. Here’s how: Iran’s meteorological organization says that nearly 96% of Iran suffers from some levels of drought. A former Iranian agriculture minister said that 50 million Iranians could be forced out of their homes due to environmental damage. 50 million Iranian children are suffering due to mismanagement — incompetence and the theft of vital resources by the Iranian regime. Now Israel also has water challenges; we’ve developed cutting-edge technologies to address them. Israel recycles nearly 90 percent of its waste water. That’s far more than any other country on Earth. We invented a drip irrigation system. Our technology targets individual plants with exactly the nutrients they need for each plant. Israel has the know-how to prevent environmental catastrophe in Iran. I want to share this information with the people of Iran.
Sadly, Iran bans Israelis from visiting, so we’ll have to get creative. We will launch a Farsi website with detailed plans on how Iranians can recycle their wastewater. We will show how Iranian farmers can save their crops and feed their families. The Iranian regime shouts “Death to Israel”; in response, Israel shouts “Life to the Iranian people.” The people of Iran are good and decent. They shouldn’t have to face such a cruel regime alone. We are with you. We will help so that millions of Iranians don’t have to suffer. The hatred of Iran’s regime will not stop the respect and the friendship between our two peoples.
It was a vox clamantis in deserto. No response from the Iranian government, nor from anyone else in Iran. We have no way of knowing how many Iranians went to the Farsi-language website on irrigation and the husbanding of water supplies set up by Israel. But Netanyahu’s point was made: “we Israelis have the know-how about water that you need, and are happy to provide.” And so was another point: the Iranian regime would rather its people suffer than accept help from the Zionists. More on Iran’s water crisis can be found here: “Iran’s water crisis at tipping point in threat to Islamic regime’s stability,” by Ohad Merlin, Jerusalem Post, March 30, 2025:
“This agricultural push significantly increased water usage at a time when the country was still relying on outdated and inefficient irrigation technologies,” she explained. “Simultaneously, Iran experienced tremendous population growth, from approximately 37 million on the eve of the revolution to around 90 million today.”
Mazalian Levi also pointed out that the influx of millions of undocumented Afghani migrants has further strained resources, creating an exponential rise in demand for water. Urban migration has compounded the problem, with rural residents moving to major cities like Tehran, Mashhad, and Karaj, placing even greater pressure on urban water supplies….
Not only has the Iranian population soared from 37 t0 90 million in the last 46 years, but it also has 750,000 registered, and an estimated 2.6 million undocumented, Afghan refugees. 96% of them live in the cities, where their presence takes away from the amount of water available for the indigenous Iranians.
“According to a 1973 agreement, the Afghans pledged to transfer around 820 million cubic meters of water to neighboring Iran yearly (with an option to lower the quantities in case of water scarcity). However, recently, the Afghan government violated the agreement and blocked the flow to the Islamic Republic, which intensified the already tense relations between the Shi’ite and Sunni neighbors,” the Iran expert added….
The Taliban consists of Sunni fanatics, who hate the Iranian Shi’a. When the treaty was signed in 1973, by which Iran was guaranteed to receive 820 million cubic feet of water annually, both countries had very different governments. In 1973, the secular Shah Reza Pahlavi was ruling in Tehran; unlike the ayatollahs who have been ruling Iran since 1979, he had no interest in “exporting the Shi’a faith” to Sunni countries. And in Afghanistan in 1973, the government was similarly uninterested in spreading the fanatical version of Sunni islam that the Taliban, who had not yet come to power, embody.
“People are left with murky water and even mud coming out of their taps,” she said, citing video evidence from the city of Ahvaz. “Water tankers are being dispatched across the country, medical teams find themselves preparing for surgery without water, and household activities are disrupted without warning.”…
It’s a grim picture: tankers filled with water arriving sporadically at houses, apartment buildings, schools, offices, and mosques around the cities, in order to deliver some — how much? — water to partially fill whatever plastic jerry cans and other containers the inhabitants of the places where the tankers deliver may possess. But this is no substitute for a steady supply of water being reliably delivered through pipes. The situation is desperate. We are told that there is now no water even for surgeons and nurses to wash their hands before surgery; no water for ordinary Iranians to take showers or baths, to wash dishes, to flush toilets. Imagine how hellish life becomes for Iranians without that steady supply of water. And then, of course, there is the muddy guck that comes out of some taps, in some cities — that’s the only “water” that arrives.

Naah, wait until Iran is no longer a muslim country before you do it, Israel

They will not thank you, the people might but not the Mullahs, because in the
eyes of the religious they are instructed to hate the Jews & Israel.
Well it’s all in the Holy book.

My advice? Don’t waste your time, Benjamin, they won’t hate you any less.
Remember when Israel offered now antisemitic South Africa help with its incompetence-caused drought in the Cape Town area? They gruffly said ‘no’, because the African National Congress are bigots, racists and antisemites – and total incompetents.

This war will never end until we force the liberation of the Ummah from Islam. The history of the last 1403 years has shown that gestures of mercy, goodwill, and appeasement from the Kufara to the Ummah have never been a winning strategy to end the war.

Iran is a perfect example of what happens when you take a fairly “healthy nation” and let Muslims run it. They destroy your essential services, jail/torture/kill you for not putting a rag on your head, they take away your rights and freedoms and on it goes.
We see this same destruction of civilizations in all Islamic states, except the rich ones…just more evidence to never let Muslims into your countries or take over, war first.
Israel is truly amazing for offering them this service…but the regime needs to die first.
Christian-Secular nations like US/Israel/Europe, help to build healthy societies while Islam destroys them, what more do people need to understand?
Rob Porter says
soda, tell that to the Kiers Starmer imbeciles in Britains who are facilitating a Muslim take-over, never considering what will happen to the British economy once the Muslim half-wits are in control.
The Brits need to violently take over and then throw the Muslims and Starmer out of the country.

“ Israel Could End Iran’s Water Crisis”
Yeah, that’s gonna work out just great.
Just like the fact that Israel offers the only safe haven for gay people in the savage Middle East. Israel thought it could garner some kudos for that, among the “progressive” West. End result: Israel is accused of “pink washing” to cover up its supposed crimes, and we get the “Queers for Palestine” freakazoids shilling for the people who would unceremoniously toss them from the rooftops.

Yes, this could very well happen, this water crisis resolved, courtesy of the great nation that is Israel, but since Islam is a totalitarian ideology, the only major religion that is so, just as Nazism, Marxism and modern Western Leftism are totalitarian through and through, though secular totalitarian ideologies contra Islam, this will be refused by the malevolent powers that be in Iran who have been controlling said nation since 1979.
With any totalitarian ideology, the ideology du jour supersedes everything, including common sense, what is beneficial overall and EVEN self-survival. Definitely indicative of just how destructive (and stupid) any totalitarian ideology is. Islam comes to mind here, as does Marxism, Nazism and that new totalitarian turd on the totalitarian “wish list,” i.e. modern Western Leftism.
What a mess mankind has made of itself. Totalitarian ideologies, whether secular or religious, arguably lead the list here. And they all have something in common, to wit, they are enemies of liberty. And without freedom mankind will always be dragged down. Look at the modern Islamic world as an example which on its own would have never developed, let’s see here, railroads, the telegraph, phones, airplanes, radio, cars, TVs, computers, satellites, et al. Yes, does anyone seriously believe that if the entire world was Islamic over the past millennium as devout Muslims would wish we would be at the state mankind is now in respecting so much that I have just mentioned? I rest my case.
Without liberty, something no totalitarian ideology can embrace, indeed every such ideology hates freedom, any polity, any society, is in permanent dysfunctional mode and is so often reduced to stealing all kinds of things from free societies. The Islamic world comes to mind. So does China. Et al.
Freedom is what made Western Civilization the greatest civilization of all time. It is the sine qua non to advance mankind into its true capabilities. Being lost now, even in the West. Damn.

Sure you can know how many people visited the site from Iran; your server certainly logs visitor IP addresses, which gives you at least a pretty good guess where they came from.

That’s what you get with totalitarian regimes. To the same degree, the mullahs of Iran also don’t give a damn about the drug crisis in Iran. Millions of people are addicted to opiates in Iran, and that suits the mullahcracy quite well, because addicted people are desperate to find their drugs every day, and are not likely to protest against this shitty regime.
Also makes me think of North Korea, where the common people are nearly starving every day, while Kim Jong-un and his acolytes are swigging champagne every day. North Korea is just one big stalinist concentration camp. Suits the bastards quite well.

Helping any muslim/islamic country will NOT make you their friend. Islam teaches that the non-believers owe them everything. No matter how much help Israel would give Iran to make it a paradise, Islam would still hate them, rape them and murder them.
