Fatemeh Soltani,18, was stabbed to death on the streets of Tehran by her father on April 17, according to women’s rights organizations and international media reports. Some reports indicate the father beheaded Soltani before repeatedly stabbing her.
The young woman was killed outside a nail salon where she worked while she was taking a phone call, according to the reports. She had reportedly moved out of her family home as a result of domestic violence, Iran International reported.
A close friend of the Soltani family told the media: “Fatemeh had been living separately from her father and the family for some time due to domestic violence and had achieved financial independence.”
Soltani’s 48-year-old father told police he murdered his daughter following a “family dispute,’ BBC News and women’s groups reported. Mohammad Reza Alizadeh, the police commander of Islamshahr city, reportedly told local media that the father was angry that Soltani had achieved independence.
In contrast to the reports on his motive, the victim’s brother told Khabar Online that their dad murdered his sister to cover up his infidelity….

First, the terrible term “honor killing” is alone a dishonest term. For there is no honor, at all, in a malice -filled murder of a young female. Just giving an evil action a better sounding title doesn’t change the wicked nature of it. It’s like scrapping off the label of that jar of cyanide which reads “Danger Poison” and replacing on that jar another label that reads “ Apple Juice.” That doesn’t change the deadly content in that jar. As it has been wisely said that “Evil is always looking for an excuse.”
Second, the horrible reality is that Islam is able to in a sinister way, warp the cognation of the human mind that a man might even feel and think that a cold-blooded murder of a helpless young girl or woman is something that is “good” That’s outright demonic. So much so that it’s a reflection of the words found in the Bible in Isaiah 5:20. Which read “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil; who put darkness for light and light for darkness…” [N.K.J.V.]
Third. , the Muslim father who so vicious ,because of his religion that his wants to murder his own daughter in a so called ‘honor killing” and feels no remorse or guilt about the horrendously evil actions that they committed are so very heartless because ,as the Bible reveals they have had “their own conscience seared with a hot iron” First Timothy 4:2.
In that situation, that “hot iron” is Islam.
Forth , but not less important than the other three points is to have the knowledge that this brutal, callous cruel, malice-filled and murderous Islamic tradition that so very inappropriately called “honor killing” by many Muslims in one of the many malicious and vicious deadly fruits of Islam.
Jesus taught, “By their fruits you will know them” Matthew 7:20.

I will never comprehend how a parent can do this to their own child! What kind of mind thinks this way? You helped create this child from your own body. They are physically a part of you. It’s unlike any other relationship on earth.
What always gets me about these cases is the savagery. It’s demonic. That’s the only way I can put it. It’s not enough to “just” stab or shoot or run over the victim once. It’s like they have to brutalize the person and try to completely destroy them.

Sounds like the dad was a deviant and he feared Fatemeh exposing his abuse since their use of words like “infidelity” does not meet the legal use of the word. In Muslim sharia interpretation of the word is dad committed infidelity against his wife with his daughter. Not sustained sexual abuse and incest, no that’s not criminal. Perfectly permissible in sharia. The crime is if you are caught IN THE ACT IN PUBLIC. Otherwise that whole witness thing is problematic. Had he not beheaded her in public he would be more difficult to convict.
Maybe Iran will remove his head for being exposed in public & embarrassing the Government?
