As the saying goes: “When in Rome, do as the Romans do.” Otherwise, consequences will follow. This holds true in Islamic countries and in communist countries. The only exception is in Western societies, where Islamic supremacists tell the Romans what they should be doing once they arrive. That’s because the Sharia, which Islam is founded upon, instructs the supremacy of Islam, despite what the willfully blind might think.
Nonetheless, since the world is watching and the Taliban have already been recipient of an exorbitant amount of Western aid, let’s hope the group will release this couple, in the hopes of receiving still more aid.

The Taliban detained a British couple in Afghanistan over a small matter and the courts will rule on it based on Islamic law, a government spokesperson said Tuesday, adding: “God willing, their problem will soon be resolved.”
It’s the first time in more than a month that Taliban authorities have publicly commented on the case of Peter and Barbie Reynolds, who were arrested in early February after being taken from their home in central Bamiyan province to the capital, Kabul.
In a statement to The Associated Press, Interior Ministry spokesman Abdul Mateen Qani said the matter was “not that big” but did not go into detail.
“The only thing I can say is that the matter was previously with the Interior Ministry and it has now been handed over to the courts,” Mr Qani said.
“Their problem (crime) is not that big. God willing, their problem will soon be resolved and a shariah (Islamic law) decision will be made. It is a small matter and should not be a cause for concern.”…

The thing I’d like to know – under what circumstances were this British couple in Afghanistan? Were they accidentally trapped there in 2021 when we withdrew, or did they go there after that in a classic case of FAFO?

A stupid decision of course as this couple have no relation to sharia law. But I wouldn’t mind seeing Muslims in the West who commit heinous crimes be judged according to sharia. Compared to the light sentences Euros and US hand out, a limb cut off including possibly the head would be a sentence the Muslim would have to accept and understand.

You can not fix stupid ,Islam always takes kindness for weakness and will turn on you in reptilian fashion if given a chance ..I just hope that this couple not taking the flight out when offered it free up space for two people appreciate getting out of that hell hole.
