The answer is maybe the Marxists (Keir Starmer) feels that to incarcerate the inbred Muslims for the same period of time might cause the prisons to exceed the capacity to hold them all. I would love to see some statistics comparing native British non-Muslim population to the Muslims for crimes that would require incarceration. The UK is in dire necessity of a Donald Trump to cleanse the Isles of this heap of deification that plagues the once great nation.

There are answers to this problem of overcrowded muslim prisoners. One build more prisons. Two deport the muslim immigrants that commit serious crimes. It’s not all that difficult.

As you might imagine, getting actual statistics, given how ‘politically incorrect’ this topic is, is *very* difficult. I did a quick search and could find nothing useful.
But about ten years ago there was a survey in Oslo that found that *every single* stranger rape case over the past five years where the perp was finally caught was committed by a migrant. Given how many migrants there are Muslim, my guess is that these were mostly Muslims.
Why no more recent data? When the Norwegians found these alarming statistics, they just made it illegal to do any further surveys. Willful ignorance.

And, in a similar vein…CA pols are crafting a law that takes away a victim’s right to self-defense. If it passes, anyone defending themselves, or coming to the aid of another under attack, will be charged with a crime.
Imagine, a mozlum is stabbing, raping, beating, someone in the street, parking lot, on a sidewalk, etc. and the victim is not allowed to fight back and others seeing the attack are not allowed to help the victim without being charged.

Firstly, nobody believes the Government, no matter what they say.
Secondly, they only seem aware of this recently, which is bad if true. If not, why not stop it earlier.

Your point that it is not just Muslims getting the favourable treatment is very valid – it is the whole package of two tier justice in favour of ethnic minorities
This has been the trend for several decades in Britain and was founded on the good human principles of not victimising people of colour but it went well beyond that.
In my opinion it was flawed from the start.
The fruits of this policy is what the UK is now witnessing in clear sight and it is this policy that Islam is taking full advantage of – but we also see too many violent crimes and knife attacks often by people of colour and the victims are often from the same communities.
Readers here can make sense of that if they will and find excuses for it if they will.

The Law and sentencing must always be the same regardless of ethnic background but those of foreign nationality who commit crime should be deported after punishment.
Our Nation like all nations have always had criminals.Policing and the system could deal with those relative few.
Why we need to import nasty people from all over the globe and give them ” get out of jail cards” is beyond me.

The British government made the wrong choice to uphold the doctrine of muhamadists versus that of the true British citizens. They are beyond lost and have run to the enemies side. Equality under the law is one of the key values of any democracy.
That Britain is slanting the law *at all* is appalling–that they are slanting it in favor of those who statistically commit the most crimes is not just wrong, but deeply foolish–if this has any effect, it will be to further embolden criminals.
