Ghalib said on October 11, 2023, four days after Hamas massacred 1,200 Israelis: “Peace can never coexist with occupation and injustice, anywhere and at anytime, no matter how strong the oppressor or how weak the oppressed is!”
His appointment is at sharp odds with Trump’s ostensible pro-Israel stance.
“Hamtramck Mayor Amer Ghalib picked as US ambassador to Kuwait by President Trump,” WXYZ, March 7, 2025:
HAMTRAMCK, Mich. (WXYZ) — Hamtramck Mayor Amer Ghalib has been selected to be the U.S. ambassador to Kuwait, President Donald Trump announced on Friday….
Ghalib, an immigrant from Yemen, became the city’s first Muslim mayor when he was elected in 2021….
Ghalib has been a vocal critic of Israel over its war in Gaza, and the Hamtramck City Council had passed a resolution to divest from Israel and to not support companies associated with the country….
After expressing frustration with the Biden and Harris administration, Ghalib said he believed Trump could help reach a ceasefire.
Trump released a statement about Ghalib’s nomination:
I am pleased to announce that Amer Ghalib will be the next United States Ambassador to Kuwait. As the Mayor of the City of Hamtramck, Michigan, Amer worked hard to help us secure a Historic Victory in Michigan. Amer earned his M.D. from the Ross University School of Medicine, and continues to serve his community as a proud healthcare professional. I know he will make our Country proud in this new role. Congratulations Amer!

Amer Ghalib is not one of them.

Yeah, that’s it, unfortunately. With Trump, we don’t have the perfect president. We sort of have to cross our fingers and hope he solves most of our problems rather less of our problems. I didn’t like it when he received a medal from the king of Saudi Arabia. He had to bow himself for the Saudi king to place it over his head. Pray that God will still work with Trump to do His will.

Trump has to learn more about that so-called religion.. Time for him to start reading R.Spencer,Raymond Ibrahim, others. I wish Mr. Spencer or Ibrahim good meet with Trump and teach him what he needs to know.

Yes, I hope Robert Spencer does get to meet with President Trump, which would then result in Kristi Noem appointing him to a “senior leadership” position in the DHS.

Was this actually a Trump pick, or was it biden’s auto-pen at work. Big, big error.

Biden’s auto-pen needs to be investigated, and if found true, the constitutionality of any of “his” EOs needs to be challenged in SCOTUS. If found unconstitutional, needs to be made retroactively null & void

No, no, no, but your close!! Where do I start? How much do you know about bible prophecy? Do you know that when there’s a 7 year peace agreement/treaty between Israel and Palestine, then THAT will begin the 7 year Tribulation period (anyone who doesn’t know about this time, should read the last book of the bible, Revelation, to start with, just to get an idea).
So you must know that Trump is not a Christian, BUT for the “signs” I’ve seen, God is going to use him, for one little thing, the very beginning.
First, let me say, that every president, since Pres. Carter has tried and failed to bring peace between these two leaders, of these two countries (Israel and Palestine), and every time, the answer is NO from the Palestinian leader. I’ve often wondered why each and every president from Carter, would take their precious time out of their day, to try to bring peace between these two. Maybe after being tried so many times, with so many presidents, people around the world would yawn, and change the channel, so to speak. So they’ll miss it when the real deal happens, or ignore it altogether. Besides, there are so many people who say, peace between these two would never happen, that it’s impossible.
But who has physically drawn up on paper, a peace agreement? Who has taken that peace document, and got a few signatures on it, of some leaders of the Middle East, saying that want peace with Israel, and THEN, could have named it with any of a thousand names, BUT was given an important name from the bible?? What are the odds of that? And I wonder if I’m the only one, who see’s Trump’s name, being short for “trumpet”, which a number of these are blown in Revelation.
There’s so much more I want to write, but let’s get to the meat of this. Here’s what I felt I saw, on the last day, of Trump’s last term.
He’ll, at some point during this four years, pick up that paper that has those signatures, and a biblical name, and go back over to the Middle East with it.
He’ll get many more signatures, and these will come from “rich and powerful” Middle Eastern leaders. How many signatures, I don’t know. I just know a good number of them. They’ll all sign saying they want peace with Israel too.
So when Trump gets those signatures, he’ll hand the document over to all of them. Trump is done, he’s finished, he goes back to whatever he was doing at the White House or whatever. God is done with him. That is all He wanted from him.
Now all of these “rich and powerful” leaders, start looking over this document, and notice a leader’s name is missing. And since they know that the US presidents, since Pres. Carter, has tried and failed, they know what to do. They all go visit him. And they show him, the document, and tell him, that they all signed it, and they want him to sign it too. But of course he says NO, as he’s done for decades.
And so, all of these “rich and powerful” leaders, take his arm and twist it around to his back, but noooo, not really, but they do hurt him, economically or financially, or both. So much so, that this leader has no choice, but to say YES, that he can’t take it anymore, and he agrees to sign.
And so now, the whole world hears about this impossible, situation, on every news station, everywhere, and people are all paying attention now. The Israeli leader, and the Palestinian leader, are going to sit down together, and as both of them, haven’t realized it, but a new form has been typed up with the signatures, the only thing that has changed, is that it is NOW, a peace agreement/treaty, for 7 years.
Once both of their signatures are on there, the 7 year Tribulation begins, or as I call it, the “beginning of the end”.
somehistory says
As I have asked you before, which verses say the tribulation will be 7 years long? Jesus never said, and He’s the One Who told His disciples about it.
So, what verses say it will last 7 years?
Stive says
Yes indeed, there is no 7 year tribulation in the bible. One of the most believed errors. Actually tribulation is 2000 years long and concludes with the great tribulation of 42 months and this what the bible says.
That’s why we are told to use the whole council of God, all the pertaining verses, and not using some and ignoring other verses. It’s called pick and choose to create any narrative one wants. It’s often not willful error but poor habit of how learned.
There is 7 years of Jacobs trouble that may precede the great trib or include the great trib but not clear which way. Since Jacobs trouble is for Jacobs 12 tribes, that means it’s for a lot more lost tribes and not Judah alone.
As far as Daniels last week or 7 years, it seems The event was transferred from Jesus to Satan by errant men. The covenant made with the many is likely the hew covenant made by Jesus and he was cut off in the middle of the week. The last part of the week is the overlap of the great trib and the 2 witnesses. That’s what’s just ahead unless it’s already started and only hindsight will reveal.
There is no 7 year peace treaty as that’s bogus.
Why not look at the oslo peace treaty that lasted exactly 7 years to the day when the plo refused to renew it. No one looks there as it’s past and we are still here.
So much confusion. Psalm 83 war was in 1948 and already happened.
Israel divided was in about 1922 when 78% of the land of Israel was cut off the create Jordan.
Israel won’t be divided anymore. Don’t confuse attempts to take land from what’s left of Israel as dividing the land, it’s just taking more pieces.
Bottom line is Jesus returns to Jerusalem Israel ruled by Israel. The devil is stupidly trying to thwart prophesy. The devil tried to kill off the line of David and then kill Bethlehem babies, all to stop Jesus. The actual killing of Jesus failed as Satan did not understand the salvation issue as Jesus had completed the first advent mission. If Satan can destroy Israel, then Jesus won’t return. That’s Satan’s foolish mission. And Satan’s last ditch is if he can’t get Israel destroyed nor take Jerusalem then he can play Trojan horse inside Israel and do something like make sure that one third of Israel can be saved, even if still alive by an injected sauce into the temple of God, ones body, a lively stone that will become apparent only when musk satellites with 6/7 gee finally get turned on to interface with those stones to create the Borg. The physical third temple is not an issue. It’s real plans but still a psyop to divert attention from the real third temple.
I can’t go on as it would be for hours.
It won’t solve all, but get a blue letter bible so more correct translations can at least be seen. And cross reference all verses in the same thing as no verses are wrong but some verses give more info than other verses so all needed for the clearest picture to be comprehended.
Happy hunting

Trump is not pro Israel. Every good act by trump has an equal bad act in every thing he does. Israel had no problem getting weapons from Obama most of his 8 years. Obama gave to get things. Trump is no different. Time will show this clearly.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
Trump is very much pro-Israel, although one may wonder given all the support he gets from antisemites on the Right. At least he’s more pro-Israel than any US president from Eisenhower to Biden. Whether it was moving the embassy, recognizing Golan as a part of Israel or most recently, calling for the evacuation of Gaza and resettling its residents in another Arab country
Now, there are things he has done recently that have created some misgivings, like pressurizing Israel while he was still President-elect to accept a ceasefire w/ Hamas and Hizbullah. People claim that it was Biden, but Israel knew that the Dems are anti-Israel, and pretty much ignored Biden, and even stopped sharing intelligence w/ the US while he was in office. But after he saw those videos of the released hostages and more recently the Bibas family, he’s since hardened and given Israel the green light to do whatever it needs. Despite that, if Israel hasn’t annulled the ceasefire and resumed operations in Gaza, that one is on Bibi, and him allowing Hamas to tie his hands using the hostages as leverage
On this appointment, I do think the muslim community in Michigan was politically savvy for at least some of them to throw their support behind Trump, hoping that he’d flip his policies on Israel. By doing what he did earlier, Trump can credibly claim to them that he did fulfill his part of the bargain, and that it was Hamas that failed to reciprocate. He can also point to this appointment as rewarding those muslims for their support, w/o giving them the tangible they were hoping for – a change in the policy towards Israel. Ideally, the Democrats should punish the muslims for betraying them by returning to their pro-Israel policies of the 60s (during Kennedy), but they’re too taken over by their antisemitic Marxists. However, in the meantime, Trump should continue to encourage Israel while working to move muslims back to muslim countries

That said, the main job of an embassy or consulate anywhere is to service American citizens in that country or city. I’m not sure that Ghalib would be remotely interested in servicing American citizens, unless they happen to be muslims. If one is a non-muslim American businessman in Kuwait for business, good luck if you need the Kuwait embassy to service you

What Trump is trying to do, I believe, is to get some kind of a “peace” deal made, even if there’s not much substance to it, and then give credit to that deal to Ghalib. The reason for doing this would be to get Muslims in the USA to vote for Vance in the ’28 election.

A short statement. America and Israel have the same story of being created by wheat and tares together. The wheat and tares work together to build up the nation as they both have that in common. During the building phase, they look similar as they are just building. Later on the wheat and tares become very visible as time for who controls great battle starts. Previously there were skirmaches but not battles but we are now in full battle phase for who controls.
The deceptive part is both right and left are composed of wheat and tares, even though the left has more tares and less wheat, the right still has both too.
