In other words, this is a jihad campaign against non-Muslims, specifically Alawites and Christians, not revenge against officials of the Assad regime.

I am exhausted with seeing delusional leaders who imagine that Islam is “just like” other religions and Muslims are “just like us”. Islam fs by its own terms “final, complete and unchangeable”. It has taught and practiced conquest, murder slavery and looting since its beginning 1400 years ago. There is no reform or moderation permitted on pain of death. Islam has never distinguished between “combatants” and “civilians”. They kill everybody. The delusion that there can be peace with Islam is a lie.

The delusional leaders will remain delusional, even when broadsided with facts. Occasionally, the “semi-delusional” can be reached, but the truly delusional cannot be reached.

The Christian communities there need to arm themselves to the teeth and eventually return Syria to what it was before Islam invaded it and massacred the pre-Islamic population.
There isn’t going to be any peace there as long as Islam and its illegal Muslim invaders are present. Sorry to say, but killing the infidels and Jews is written in ink in the Quran. No need to explain.

Your reading is the same as mine. Please consider reading Mark Gabriel’s The Unfinished Battle: Islam and the Jews. Look for his personal epiphany approximately page 54, where he realizes (paraphrased) “if Islam is such a great deal, why were 4 MILLION Egyptians slaughtered bringing it to Egypt?”
