The brave Narges Mohammadi, who is now living inside Iran, knows all too well how the Islamic Republic of Iran treats any lover of freedom, especially women, who are deemed inferiors in accordance with the Qur’an and Hadith. While cowardly Western leftists turn their backs on the worst human rights abuses that are committed in countries such as Iran (and many leftists in the West even promote such abuses), Mohammadi, a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, risks her life daily.
Recently, UK MP’s advanced a proposal that “possessing photos of a Muslim woman without her hijab should be made a criminal offence.” The Commons’ Women and Equalities Committee actually supported this. Other countries, such as Canada, strenuously aim to shut down criticism of Islam in accordance with Sharia blasphemy laws.

Iranian women will overthrow the Islamic Republic even if it survives a war, Nobel Peace Prize laureate Narges Mohammadi said in a message marking the International Women’s Day.
“I am convinced that if the Islamic Republic survives any war, it will not survive facing the women,” Mohammadi said in the video message published on her social media accounts on Saturday.
“The glass of life of the authoritarian regime will be broken by the hands of women of Iran.”
Mohammadi is the most outspoken and prominent dissident inside the country and has spent over a decade in Iranian prisons. Currently on medical leave from Tehran’s Evin Prison, she has resumed her public criticism of Iran’s theocratic rulers.
In her video message, she said the Islamic Republic has used all the possibilities and capacities of a political system to suppress, subjugate and dominate women over the past 46 years.

Even if Iran frees itself from Mullah rule, will Iranian women really be free? Islam and sharia, with or without the hijab, will still be there.

It’s not just the Iranian authoritarian regime that represses women it is ISLAM. As long as Islam and Shira law are in place the repression of women by MEN will still take place. Whens the last time you have seen a female leader of and Islamic country? I make my point.

There are more women then men in the Islamic world because they have so few male births, if women wanted to seize control they could but they would have to be smart about it.
