Trump’s threat might well work, since the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) just suspended nearly all medical aid to Egypt, due to its own funding issues. And here’s why:
Much of the funding for the African Centres for Disease Control and Prevention and regional governments has been lost due to the decision by US President Donald Trump’s administration to end most foreign aid contracts and cut $60 billion from the total amount of US foreign assistance.
Hostile members of the Arab League, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the UN have handsomely benefited from American taxpayers’ (viewed as dhimmis) money, which has come to them either via donations or in order to appease them with imprudent deals. It’s about time that America made demands in its own interests and in the interests of freedom.
Leftist globalists (such as the Biden administration) irresponsibly dish out the money, since they care only about their own pockets (which are also abundantly filled by taxpayers) and advancing the red-green axis.

Egypt could lose American economic support if it refuses to take in hundreds of thousands of Palestinians from Gaza, a message conveyed to Cairo from the president of the United Arab Emirates has indicated, a source told The New Arab’s sister site.
Egyptian diplomatic sources revealed to Al-Araby Al-Jadeed that President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s brief visit to Cairo over the weekend included discussions the UAE leader had with American officials on Gaza, where Israel resumed its offensive last week.
Al Nahyan had met with US President Donald Trump during his recent visit to Washington.
Trump has proposed forcibly displacing the Palestinians from war-torn Gaza into neighbouring Egypt and Jordan, something the two Arab states have refused, and which has been slammed as an attempt to ethnically cleanse the territory.
Cairo proposed a counterplan which would see the reconstruction of Gaza in phases and an overhaul of its government, but Trump and Israel have rejected it….

Best options are some that have been discussed on this site over the last few months. Somalia, Libya, Western Sahara. Maybe even Qatar. In fact, evacuate Qatar of all its infidel foreign workers, and put in their place those 3 million Palestinians
One more thing: in the countries I mentioned above, the Gazans would need to get citizenship of those countries. Some of these are breakaways which could benefit from international diplomatic recognition, like Puntland in Somalia, or Tripolitania in Libya. Put them there, as well as Palis in Judea and Samaria, and this whole “Palestinian problem” is forever resolved

Why? Because thanks to the Houthis, Egypt is broke. Egypt has only two real sources of income: tourism, and the Suez Canal. Egypt is in no position to deny us.

But maybe Trump, you, and the Houthis would prefer to see someone like Morsi leading Egypt. The Gazan does not exist because it is just a mixture of people who were invited by the Israelis themselves to serve Israel, but it went on for a while, then Wahhabism ruined everything.
