They want Sharia in Bangladesh, and they’re willing to turn violent to get it. How will they treat non-Muslims once they’re in power?

DHAKA: In support of the Hizb ut-Tahrir terror group’s call to establish an “Islamic state and caliphate globally”, the banned outfit’s members took out a ‘March for Khilafat’ in Dhaka following Friday prayers, leading to clashes with police. Batons and tear gas shells were used by security personnel to disperse thousands of demonstrators, with several being injured and detained or arrested during the violence near Bangladesh’s main Baitul Mokarram Mosque.
In HuT’s first open rally after the fall of the Sheikh Hasina govt last year, the demonstrators demanded introduction of the Sharia law in Bangladesh. The group – banned by both India and Bangladesh – has called for unification of all Muslim nations over time in a unitary Islamic state or caliphate, headed by a elected caliph….

Qangladesh, as a lot of Indian Bengali Hindus call them (meaning “bankrupt nation” for a culture that has romanticized poverty and panhandling), is another version of Afghanistan and now Syria has joined the party. It’s news to me that Hizb-ul-Tahrir is banned there: after the collapse of the Hasina regime, every jihadist group that was banned was unbanned.
That country is another Afghanistan or Syria, but w/ a twist. Whereas Ahmad al-Shara’a has changed from Jihadist fatigues to a suit & tie, the regime in Qangladesh has put Nobel Laureate Muhammad Yunus as the prime minister to lend a veneer of respectability to the regime, even while they do to Hindus what their Syrian ummah-brothers are doing in coastal Syria
What exactly do they mean by “Khilafat”? Only Arabs can be caliphs, and that too, Quraysh Arabs. Do these troglodytes in the Sundarbans think that any of their ilk would be even remotely eligible for such a role? If they do, I have ski resorts on the Bay of Bengal to sell them

Tulsi or Kash should make this a priority, and get Rubio to propose it. Hizb ul Tahrir is also banned in countries like Saudi Arabia and Emirates, which is why our banning it can’t be branded islamophobic, since we already have major muslim countries doing it
