UK: Judge tells Qur’an burner that ‘this is a tolerant country, but we just do not tolerate this behavior’

There it is. Shattered, staggering, dhimmi Britain will tolerant all manner of jihadis, but not someone who stands up for the freedom of expression.

A man has admitted a racially aggravated public order offence after setting fire to a Quran which was live-streamed on social media in Manchester.

Martin Frost, 47, was filmed holding a flag of Israel before tearing out pages of the Islamic holy book and setting fire to it in Manchester on Saturday (February 1), a court heard. He had publicised the event online beforehand, and it was streamed on social media, Manchester Magistrates’ Court was told.

The ‘trigger’ for his actions was the death of his daughter in the Israeli conflict which had affected his mental health, the court heard on Monday (February 3).

Frost…pleaded guilty to a single charge of racially or religiously aggravated intentional harassment or alarm to Fahad Iqbal, by displaying some writing, sign or other visible representation which was threatening, abusive or insulting thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress….

Judge Margaret McCormack asked for a pre-sentence report before passing sentence.

She told Frost she was sorry for the loss of his daughter, but added: “The Quran is a sacred book to Muslims and treating it as you did is going to cause extreme distress. This is a tolerant country, but we just do not tolerate this behaviour.”…

    If they cannot grow up making the hard choices about what to do with them will be obvious to everyone.

    • The UK is so tolerant that for years its authorities – including cowardly police – covered up the rape and ruining of lives of thousands of British girls by Muslims from Pakistan. Through equally disgusting courts, on numerous occasions Tommy Robinson has been imprisoned for simply exposing these vile Muslim crimes.

      I hope the Elon Musk continues embarrassing Prime Minister Kiers Starmer and all those rotten British authorities for their disgusting behaviour – and for their unjust imprisonment of Tommy Robinson.

  2. If mozlums don’t like it, they could return to the place from whence they came.. No one wants them there…at least not normal people who want to protect their children, wives, moms and other family members.
    No one who appreciates freedom of speech wants them there. Evil is being tolerated, while common sense, dignity, honesty and integrity are being punished.

  3. They’ll have pressured him with threats of all kids in order to get a guilty plea, just as last Summer with many.

    They make the law up as they go along in the UK.
    Guarantee other religious texts being burned would have caused no action.

    Note, an Ex Marine from Wales this week cleared of charges similar to this because he fought it.
    Had help from the Free Speech Union and others.
    Still had him held on remand though.

    BTW, having these muslim turds in my country causes me extreme distress.

      I am experiencing the same extreme distress with a big side serving of anxiety.
      Just walk around any once safe/clean but now stinking & dangerous nothern English town or city, compared to just 5 years ago is enough to send anyone into complete psychological breakdown.
      It is a waking nigtmare…….

  4. Harassment by burning his own personal property? Apparently, the World Economic Forum’s (UN Agenda 2030) claim that you will own nothing by 2030 is already in effect in the UK.

    • Aspiring Canadian prime minister, Mark Carney, in a tv interview with business journalist, Amanda Lang, spouted the same World Economic Forum drivel that “you will own nothing and you will be happy”. I wrote to this arrogant and silly Justin Trudeau-supporting man – who is not the economic genius he claims to be – a very blunt letter, among other things informing him that the people of Soviet Russia had nothing and were miserable.

    • So true, there are very few verses of tolerance and peace to balance out those calling for nonbelievers to be fought and subdued until they either accept humiliation, convert to Islam, or are killed. Muhammad’s own martial legacy, along with the remarkable emphasis on violence found in the Quran, have produced a trail of blood and tears across world history.
      So remind me again that Islam is a religion of Peace !!!

This is the society which invented the “working class” and the “leisure Class”. Guess which one Aristocrats avoid.

  9. Couldn’t the British try using a Cloward-Piven type strategy of forcing the UK government to live up to it’s own standards?

    Every single British Jew who has had to watch their country infested by genocidal terrorists and their supporters should be bombarding the UK govt. Phone lines with ACTUAL complaints about “racial hatred”. Every Brit who is offended by the pro-TERRORIST protests should do the same.

    Mass prayer on the streets would also be a good reason to make a “racial hate” claim. Just cite the supremacist language straight from the quran they use for these mass demonstrations.

    Offensive may be a term that only goes one way in England these days, but forcing the government to afford the same rights to Brits and especially British Jews might be a way to at least put a spotlight on this madness.

    Islam champions Muslim acts of slaughter against Non-Muslims for not becoming Muslims as Allah in Quran 8:12 says, “When your lord revealed to the angels: ‘I am with you so make firm those who believed[Muslims]. I will cast a terror into the hearts of those who became infidels[Non-Muslims]. So strike above their necks(decapitation), and strike off(chop off) every finger from them.’”

    26. A woman can have 1 husband, a man can have up to 4 wives, but Muhammad can have 9.
    27. A man can marry an infant girl and consummate the marriage when she is 9 years old.
    28. Girls’ clitoris should be cut (Muhammad’s words, Book 41, Kitab Al-Adab, Hadith 5251).
    29. A man can beat his wife for insubordination (see Quran 4:34).
    30. A man can unilaterally divorce his wife; a wife needs her husband’s consent to divorce.
    31. A divorced wife loses custody of all children over 6 years of age or when they exceed it.
    32. A woman’s testimony in court, allowed in property cases, carries ½ the weight of a man’s.
    33. A female heir inherits half of what a male heir inherits.
    34. A woman cannot speak alone to a man who is not her husband or relative.
    35. Meat to eat must come from animals that have been sacrificed to Allah – i.e., be “Halal.”
    36. Husbands are obliged to provide only food, clothes and accommodation to wives. Anything else including doctor’s fees, medicines etc is a charity to her. A rebellious wife does not get anything.

  14. That judge deserves to be subjected to whatever treatment Mr Frost’s daughter was subjected to that caused her to lose her life. Her statement that she was sorry at his daughter’s death was just going through the motions

    Maybe people living outside Britain and relatively secure from shariah courts like Britain’s or Sweden’s could burn a qur’an, along w/ a photo of Judge Margaret McCormack to show their support to Martin Frost

    • The “judge” is *sorry.* A sorry excuse for a judge; a sorry excuse for a human. She didn’t really care that he had good reason for burning the book of demon filth.

      The whole pretense of a mozlum’s feelings, his *offense* at seeing the burning, etc. is weighed as more important than a young person being raped and murdered. And the father’s feelings about his daughter being raped and murdered is not as important to this sleaze called ‘judge’ as some pretense of offense by mozlums.

      She’ll get her’s as will all murderous mozlums.

The crux would seem to be in the passage: ‘Frost…pleaded guilty to a single charge of racially or religiously aggravated intentional harassment or alarm to Fahad Iqbal, by displaying some writing, sign or other visible representation which was threatening, abusive or insulting’. At first sight, it would seem that burning a book would not qualify as ‘displaying some writing, sign or other visible representation which was threatening (etc.)’. Again, if you ask me that judgement is what you call ‘poppycock’. ‘Displaying a sign or otherwise visible representation which was (…) abusive, or insulting’. Let’s turn that around, will we? How about the kor’an being ‘(…) abusive, or insulting (…)’… Let’s see now: surah 2: 191, surah 47, 4… How about that for ‘(…) racially, or religiously aggravated intentional harrassment (…)’?
