This fellow doesn’t seem to be a jihadi. This is worthy of posting here because if shattered, staggering, dhimmi Britain is this reluctant to deport criminals, how likely is it ever to deport foreign terrorists, or to stop bringing them in by the boatload?

An Albanian criminal‘s deportation was halted partly because of his young son’s aversion to foreign chicken nuggets.
Klevis Disha, 39, entered the UK illegally as an unaccompanied minor. He later gave a fake name and falsely claimed to be born in the former Yugoslavia.
He was stripped of his UK citizenship in 2021 after serving two years in prison when he was caught with £300,000 known to be proceeds of crime.
It was later determined that he should forfeit citizenship because it had been “acquired through deception”.
But an immigration tribunal ruled it would be “unduly harsh” for his 10-year-old son, known as ‘C’ in court documents, to return to Albania with his father owing to food sensitivities, sensory issues and difficulties communicating emotions.
The only example listed in court documents was the young boy’s aversion to eating “the type of chicken nuggets that are available abroad”….

Is there any recourse in the UK when judges and commission members issue such absurd rulings? I’m beginning to think not. It often seems that it’s difficult even to uncover names of those responsible.
The US clearly needs a nationwide effort to hold its own judiciary accountable. Too many figures in recent cases failed to recuse themselves when they should have.

Taking a criminal like this guy and allowing him to stay in England and not be deported, an action he so richly deserves, based on his dislike of chicken nuggets in the country he presumably will be sent to is exactly the reason TO SEND HIM THERE POST HASTE!!!
Always thought England had lots of really intelligent people. But I am seeing more and more the truth is quite the opposite.

Some questions How does the ‘young son’ know what chicken nuggets from other countries taste like? How many times has he had ‘foreign chicken nuggets’? What are his tastes more important than the Laws?
This is ridiculous. The ‘young son’ can just eat something other than chicken nuggets. Besides, the culinary tastes of children change often to like what they didn’t and to dislike what they had liked.
The judge is a fool and a tool for criminals.

No remand either, out on bail for 5 months.
This while Brits got 3 years for protesting or even just posting on the internet. Told to plead guilty because they would never get bail.

Where is the problem? After deporting them it should be no problem of sending every week by diplomatic mail a bag of british chicken nuggets to the other country.
In the long run cheaper and safer for the british.
This decision is so absurd, if you would tell it to a british of 1900 he would send you to an insane asylum.
