These “charities” also use lawfare, wield the “Islamophobia” battering ram and exert extreme pressure on Western politicians so as to induce them to kowtow to their needs. Many such Islamic supremacist organizations have become mainstream charity and Muslim advocacy organizations. They have been particularly successful with leftist governments.
In 2017, the Arab Weekly stated in a report:
A high-ranking police official in Catalonia’s anti-terrorism unit said: “The Muslim community (in Catalonia was) long under the influence of Salafists but lately the Muslim Brothers have started getting the upper hand.”
Western authorities owe it to their citizens to investigate the activities of questionable Muslim charities (and Muslim advocacy groups), and to research their traceable roots. Otherwise, they will continue to proliferate and gain momentum, and free societies will continue to be eroded. Antisemitism will also continue to rapidly accelerate.
The article below also points out Islamic preaching with messaging that is contrary to Western constitutions. For instance, preaching that opposes equality between men and women or preaching that is more consistent with the sharia than with free societies. Islamic Relief organized an event last Sunday in Reus to prepare the Muslim community for the arrival of Ramadan. They had previously passed through Lérida and Gerona.
Vox unsuccessfully requested “the immediate suspension of the fairs convened by the radical Islamist organization.”
This is the second time in a short period that radical Islamism has attempted to have a presence in the Tarragona area. In September, Vox did manage to abort an Islamic congress in Torredembarra, where radical Islamic leaders were going to participate. For instance, the preacher who called women who wear perfume “fornicators,” or a former informant who indoctrinates young people about pure behaviors.….
