A man who fired a gun in the air outside of an Albany, New York, synagogue while shouting “Free Palestine!” has pleaded guilty to hate crime and firearms charges.
The Justice Department announced on Tuesday that Mufid Fawaz Alkhader, 29, had pleaded guilty to obstructing the free exercise of religious beliefs by threat of force as well as two gun-related charges. He faces seven to 20 years in prison as well as a fine of up to $750,000. He will be sentenced in federal court on June 6.
According to the Justice Department’s statement, Alkhader walked up the front steps of Temple Israel, a Conservative congregation, on Dec. 7, 2023 — two months after Hamas’ attack on Israel and shortly before the beginning of Hanukkah that night. He then took a shotgun out of a duffel bag and fired it in the air twice while shouting “Free Palestine!” He also attempted to take down an Israeli flag flying outside the synagogue.
The incident caused the synagogue daycare to lock down. Alkhader was arrested shortly afterward….

They engage in war for the sake of Allah, so they kill and are killed…”
Islam champions Muslim acts of slaughter against Non-Muslims for not becoming Muslims as Allah in Quran 8:12 says, “When your lord revealed to the angels: ‘I am with you so make firm those who believed[Muslims]. Surprised he didn’t get a ACLU / CAIR lawyer who would have worked out a deal of no jail time, community service of 100 hours and no fine. That’s the usual sentence isn’t it when an Arab is charged with doing what he did and has the right counsel behind him? Maybe there still is time.

That Muslim ,Mufid Fawaz Alkhader, with his dangerous and irrational gunplay shooting near a synagogue who was also yelling out “Free Palestine,” by those words he yelled out actually exposed his own ignorance there is not nor was there ever a genuine land that is “Palestine.” That is a modern fiction.
“The land of Israel was renamed Syria Palestrina by Hadrian, the Roman Emperor. Following the second revolt against Rome in AD 132- 135. The Philistines had always been the enemy of the Jews .and as such it was an insult to the Jewish people.” [1]
It should also be added, that Hadrian had deliberately intended the renaming of Israel to be an insult and offence to the Jews.
