The Supreme Court has ruled the long-standing ‘Jihad Tax’ unconstitutional, marking a significant legal victory against a law that had been in place for over five decades.
The decision by the court’s Constitutional Chamber comes after lawyer Ali Al-Senussi Manaa filed a case challenging the legitimacy of Law No. 44 of 1970, which mandated a 3% salary deduction from employees earning more than 100 Libyan dinars. The funds were directed to the Libyan Jihad Fund, established ‘to support Islamic struggles against colonial forces.’
Manaa argued that the tax was imposed without employees’ consent, placing an unjust burden on workers amid economic hardships. He also pointed out that Libya’s government has sufficient financial reserves to cover such expenditures, making the tax redundant….

Non-Muslims CANNOT have peace with Islam and its Muslims because Islam and its murderous god, Allah, demand a continuous, Muslim war against unbelievers where Non-Muslims are CRIMINALS under Islam when Allah in Qur’an 8:39 says, “And engage in war with them[Non-Muslims] until there will not be sedition and the religion will be completely to Allah…” HENCE, NON-MUSLIMS MUST MAKE ISLAM, ITS MOSQUES, ITS SCHOOLS, ITS ORGANIZATIONS, ETC. ILLEGAL UNDER THE LAW. Similarly, Islam and its many Organizations must be identified and publicly declared to be MUSLIM TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS for their funding, teaching, and support of terrorism, violence, and discrimination against Non-Muslims(eg. Quran 9:5,29,111 and more).
Western Muslims seek to ensure Islam’s legitimacy against Non-Muslim societies, to impose Islamic Law in Western Legal Systems, and to advance Islam’s totalitarian goals to conquer the West.
