And: “By him in Whose Hand lies my life, a woman can not carry out the right of her Lord, till she carries out the right of her husband. And if he asks her to surrender herself [to him for sexual intercourse] she should not refuse him even if she is on a camel’s saddle” (Ibn Majah 1853).

I recall a case from NJ several years ago. A mozlum male raped his wife and she took him to court. The “judge” ruled for the perp, essentially saying what this mozlum goon in France said.
In that case, the ‘judge’ was overruled by a higher court.
The taliban and other mozlums in control of nations may agree with this cleric in France. But all nations where Freedom to choose things of that nature are the law of the land, should make it clear that any and all mozlums will be held to the law and not the evils of islime..

When they say a “mosque” dismissed its imam, what exactly do they mean? A mosque is a building: it can’t make decisions on who its imam is, the times at which the azzan plays, whether women can enter its inner premises, and so on. So who exactly had the power & authority to dismiss the imam in question?
If it was an ulema committee, then the question arises of where they got their authority, and also, how do they resolve a disagreement b/w an imam and the other group, when one of them is clearly compatible w/ the sunnah and the other ain’t?

Actually in Reliance of the Traveller/Islamic Sacred Law states a married woman cannot say no to sex, at all. She must SUBMIT any time he requests sex. People, you really should read this book. I wonder why Robert Spencer has not written anything on it.

I have searched for the referenced book (“At the heart of Islam in France”) on Amazon and more generally on a web search and have not found it. Is it available at some source, or is it totally blocked?
