Egyptian Judge Orders Trump to Unfreeze Aid to Egypt

Out of the three federal judges who staged a judicial coup and demanded that the Trump administration do whatever they say, two, Judge Loren AliKhan, a Pakistani Muslim, and Judge Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali, an Egyptian Muslim, are Muslims.

All three are highly unqualified and extremist Biden nominees who do not belong on the bench.

Judge Amir Ali’s order that Trump must disburse foreign aid is particularly egregious since Ali’s ancestral Egypt remains a major beneficiary of that aid.

USAID has funneled $30 billion to Egypt since 1978. Today US aid to Egypt last year was $1.5 billion.

An Egyptian Muslim judge is ordering President Trump to continue stealing money from American taxpayers and sending it to his ancestral Egypt. A country actively collaborating with Islamic terrorists in Gaza.

Judges do not run the country. And certainly foreign nationals like Ali, born to Egyptian immigrants in Canada, don’t.

    The mozlums do not belong in positions of authority and power over others.

    The mb began in Egypt and many mozlums from that country are members of the mb. It’s possible that this goon is too.

  5. Apart from complaints about who the judge is, does this have any actual legal standing? Can court decisions really force the reversal of presidential executive orders?

    • At this point, these are just lawfare stall-tactics. It will most likely be decided by the Supreme Court.

      The law is pretty clear about the obligation to recuse oneself when a conflict of interest is identified.

      Conservative judges follow this rule to a fault. Impeachments need to be incoming.

  7. The rules of our judiciary state that all judges should recuse themselves if there is even a PERCEPTION of a conflict of interest.

    Unfortunately, we now live by the rules of the globalists which decree that we must never even mention the PERCEPTION of a conflict of interest when a non-white or foreign judge is involved.

    Actual conflicts, like the multiple cases mentioned above, are to be ignored as a virtue signal to our enemies.

  8. We might’ve never found out about this had Kamala been elected. The US gov’t has been turned into the piggy bank for the world’s dictators, fascist states and enemies.

    These judges not only should be disbarred but face jail and deportation. Things are even worse with many Muslim MP’s and Mayors who’ve robbed billions from British taxpayers.

    I’d count this as breaking their oath of citizenship…they should be forced to pay back what they stole. Governments need to smarten up and if any newcomers show no loyalty to their country, then send them back.

      Actually, as I pointed out in other threads, Cairo only really needed military aid in the early 80s, when it was threatened by Libya. That threat diminished greatly after the US bombing of Libya in 1986, and completely disappeared in 2003 after Col Gadaffi turned in his WMDs. Since then, there has been no external threats to Egypt to warrant the heavy arming of their military. In fact, today, most of Libya is under the control of Field Marshall Haftar, who Gen Sisi supports

      So there is no reason for the US to continue to back Egypt, either militarily nor financially. The Egyptian military is strong enough to crush jihadist groups, as we saw in 2011 when they toppled President Morsi of the muslim brotherhood: it didn’t turn out like Syria. They don’t need such hardware, which only threatens Israel. Also, Egypt needs to make sure that the Sinai is a genuine DMZ w/ neither ISIS/Ikhwan nor their own troops there. Sort of like the Golan Heights extension is b/w Israel and Syria

      Since we’re now doing the Saudis the honor of hosting US-Russia peace talks, have them deliver those messages to Gen Sisi. He’ll listen to them, if not us
