Not a penny of federal funding should go to Columbia. Donors who have even a basic sense of decency should pull out. Like most American colleges and universities today, Columbia is a radioactive wasteland of far-left indoctrination and should be regarded accordingly, not as anything resembling an institution of higher learning.

All those riotous pro-Hamas ,anti- Israel rabble “demonstrators” who screamed “intifada revolution” along with all their mayhem are very uneducated and outright ignorant to know or understand that history reveals that the ancient Philistines recorded in the Bible and history reveals the people who came from the Greek Islands and some parts of the mainland Greece and the Island of Crete They have no connection, at all, the to the Arab /Muslim of modern times who called themselves the “Palestinians.”
From those ancient people, the Philistines, the word “Palestine” .came into being.
There is no genuine ethic group or race who are the “Palestinians.”
Early in the last century a anyone living in that land, Arab or Jew, who lived in that land was called a ”Palestinian.”
Only after 1964 did the Arab/Muslims start to refer to themselves , exclusively , by the word “Palestinian.”
The reason for that is that they felt that by giving themselves that title they would appear to have some kind of valid claim on that land.
Indeed, never in history was there a “Palestinian state.” Any claim that there should be one is an invalid and false claim.

The people who keep on chanting “Free Palestine” are ignorant that they are saying a a nonsensical statement, that is because there is no real “Palestine” to free in the first place.
For there is not nor was there ever a genuine land that is “Palestine.” That is a modern myth.
As the following reveals …
“The land of Israel was renamed Syria Palestrina by Hadrian, the Roman Emperor. Following the second revolt against Rome in AD 132- 135. The Philistines had always been the enemy of the Jews .and as such it was an insult to the Jewish people.” [1]
It should also be added, that Hadrian had deliberately intended the renaming of Israel to be an insult and offence to the Jews.

Check their endowment fund for money from Saudi Arabia and Qatar and I’m talking about very large donations. Thats where the muslim/islamic student unions come from, followed by Islamic studies and then Islamic propaganda being taught to our youth.

Interesting how all those spoiled white kids from the suburbs show up wearing keffiyehs — even the girls. I don’t think that in Gaza girls wearing keffiyehs would be tolerated. Ivy League Colleges: hard to get into; easy to stay in with minimal amount of work. The prep school that I went to sent 85% of the graduating class to Harvard. I was accepted to Princeton. Instead I went to Africa and worked on oil rigs and ran “errands” for some guys in the embassy. I learned a lot about Islam. As a non-believer in remote areas I was spat upon and run out of villages in hales of rocks — and that is just the beginning. When I returned to the U. S. and visited friends at Harvard, I never saw them do anything but drink beer and smoke pot. I had a couple of other friends who went to Columbia. Their ambition was to break Allen Ginsburg’s non-attendance of classes record. I went their classes and took notes for them. They both made the Dean’s List and succeeded in breaking Ginsburg’s non-attendance record. The SDS led by Mark Rudd held their meetings down stairs in their dorm, Mikes Standish Hall. We used to go to the meetings and then laugh at what morons they were. Always behind Rudd was a grim, humorless, older, short haired man who whispered in his ear — obviously CPUSA. If you look at old Life Magazine articles about the Columbia protests in the late 60’s you can see him behind Rudd. So much for Ivy League education!
