The “Muslim Community” claimed that the two nurses had been “set up” by Israeli podcaster Max Veifer, though there was no sign of that. It was the nurses who volunteered — no prodding was necessary — their murderous hatred of Israelis, Nadir’s boast was not coaxed or tricked out of him; he proudly claimed that he had killed Israeli patients in the past, making the throat-cutting sign across his own neck, and Lebdeh’s heartfelt assurance to Veifer that if any Israeli patients were assigned to her “I won’t treat them, I’ll kill them….I hope to God” was similarly a spontaneous effusion that she clearly meant. There is no sign of any “set up” by Max Velfer. Nor were these nurses simply kidding around; they meant what they said.

Last week I noted that Australian Muslim groups were silent as the larger Australian community expressed outrage at the video of Muslim healthcare workers claiming to kill Israelis and promising to kill more.
Now we know why. They were outraged at the reaction, not the video itself. The nurses who were laughing at the idea of killing patients were “clearly emotional.” They may have technically breached some ethical standards, but look how “Zionist lobby groups” orchestrated a huge reaction! That’s the real crime here!

On Wednesday, 12 February 2025, Israeli content creator Max Veifer posted an edited snippet of a video conversation with two nurses from Bankstown Hospital.
This incident has since sparked “outrage,” largely amplified by a coordinated media campaign and inflammatory commentary across shock-jock platforms. It has since emerged that Veifer is a recently serving member of the IOF and was thus involved in the genocide of the people of Gaza.
So the video, according to these Muslim apologists for the nurses, a cunning effort by an Israeli — one who had just served in the IDF, no less, where he took part in the “genocide” in Gaza — to inveigle two trusting Muslims to say things that they obviously did not mean to have taken seriously.
As representatives of the Muslim Community in Australia, we affirm that all forms of discrimination based on race and religion are unacceptable and that healthcare should be provided justly to all. However, this statement addresses the selective outrage and political motivations surrounding the recent controversy involving two nurses from Bankstown Hospital.
We emphasise the following key points.
1. Selective Outrage and Political Convenience
The most revealing aspect of the reaction to the nurses’ video is not the video itself—but the speed, intensity, and uniformity of response from certain political leaders and media outlets.
The Prime Minister weighed in. The NSW Health Minister declared it the most “vile” thing he had ever seen. Journalists and commentators mobilised to express their collective “horror.” Yet these same voices have provided active diplomatic and journalistic cover for ongoing crimes by the Zionists—as blatantly demonstrated this week with The Daily Telegraph’s shocking attempt to fabricate an “anti-Semitic incident” at a local café.
We are asked to believe that the nurses’ expression of murderousness was cajoled out of them by an Israeli, creating a scandal that was meticulously planned by the Zionists who found two naïve and trusting Muslim nurses, led them on to make outrageous remarks that they could not possibly have meant seriously, and then spread the video recording of them on social media, managing to convince millions that Ahmad Nadir and Sarah Abu Lebdeh really meant what they said including Nadir’s statement about having killed lots of “Israeli dogs “who had been his patients in the past — while the Muslim community reassured the people of Australia that the nurses’ statements had been made only for effect.

I am a retired nurse. I well remember 911 when i was working in a hospital and a patient alerted me to the planes flying into the towers. I remember the fear and the new awareness of foreign doctors and nurses. A few skipped town, but most stayed. I cannot think of a circumstance where I would forsake my ethics for hatred. It is counterintuitive for a Registered Nurse to spew such hatred and vow to kill vulnerable patients in their care. They should have their license revoked and never be able to practice nursing again. It should be noted how many Muslims from enemy countries have been treated by superior Israeli doctors and nurses. The influencer is innocent, the two “nurses” revealed themselves for who they are -killers

Israel never claims that they want to annihilate the Palestinians or kill any Palestinian indiscriminately, while those nurses say they want to kill any Jew indiscriminately. The outrage toward those nurses is very much correct as much as the outeage toward Islam which commands its followers to do exactly what the nurses say.

Islam was created by the Arab Caliphates to control and channel their subjects’ loyalties. Unlike Christianity, which was created at a time of Roman retrenchment, the Arab empires were expanding rapidly and the Caliphs had a need for fearless fighters.
Thus, we have an ethic of absolute loyalty to Islam along with physical aggression. The result is a morality that places religious faith and group solidarity above humanistic values.
