UK: ‘Asylum seeker’ sexually assaults woman on train, is spared jail

A sex pest who sexually assaulted a 20-year-old female passenger during a train journey has been spared jail.

Hamada Salah, 28, who is seeking asylum in the UK, targeted two lone women in separate incidents on a TransPennine Express journey from Leeds to Middlesbrough in February.

The victims were left feeling ‘objectified’ and ‘unnerved’ after the Egyptian national began showing them pornography, Newcastle Crown Court heard.

Salah targeted a woman aged 20, which he said was ‘the perfect age for sex’, and started touching her legs, before moving to another part of the train before rubbing his groin in front of a 67-year-old passenger.

Judge Carolyn Scott said it must have been a ‘terrible ordeal for a woman of 20’ and added: ‘She was on public transport and had no opportunity to escape the situation.’

She sentenced Salah to a suspended jail term and also gave him a sexual harm prevention order which prohibits him from communicating with any unknown female on public transport unless it is a member of staff in relation to her duties….

Salah, of Wingrove Road, Newcastle, who has no previous convictions in the UK, admitted sexual assault in relation to his legs and feet touching the woman under the table and two charges under the public order act of causing harassment, alarm or distress.

Judge Scott sentenced Salah to 44 weeks, suspended for two years, with rehabilitation requirements and 200 hours unpaid work.

Salah was ordered to sign the sex offenders register and abide by the sexual harm prevention order for ten years.

  1. The “judge” said that the scummy dross shaped like a human, had ‘no friends’ there. He was wrong on at least two points.

    First, to let the scum go because he supposedly had no friends. Many criminals have no real “friends.” After all, there “is no honor among thieves.” That’s no reason to commit rape and to excuse rape
    .
    And the slug does have many “friends in the U.K.”
    The “judge” is his friend, and somewhere around 360 in Parlement, and the thousands of other members of the thuggery devil worshippers who have shown just how evil they are by raping children.

    And, after ’10 years’ he’ll be allowed to do as he pleases.

      • UK judiciary seems to be intent on encouraging such bastards to continue causing untold harm on decent citizens by setting them free, while incarcerating country loving citizens for remarking on the threat posed by Islam. Sad days for a once great nation.

      I shouldn’t make jokes, because it’s serious, and it’s too bad someone didn’t try and toss him out a window. He was already practicing causing “terror” because look, even if he had done more, or tried to, I bet no one would have tried to stop him. These women are there, and afraid, he could have tried ANYTHING.

      Do I understand that these were the only passengers? I don’t think that was the cause, but I’m not sure.

      He “showed them porn”–that in and of itself should be a crime. Let alone trying to grope one, and grabbing himself in front of another. Disgusting, repulsive and obscene–this man is a danger, and he’s on the loose.

      • The best clip I ever saw was that of a muslim sexually abusing a russian young lady on a train in russia. Real russian men beat up the muslim who was crying for mercy and then threw him off the running train.

          If there’s no deterrent, it will keep happening and increase. Can’t imagine men standing by and letting it happen. Can’t imagine women doing so either, if enough ganged up on him and had something with which to whack him over the head.

        • Assaulting migrants or Muslims in the UK is now a prison sentence regardless of what they do to you, women or kids it seems.

          And if you even re post on social media something critical of mass immigration the police are at your door.

          A man got a jail sentence from posting a photo of illegal immigrants getting out of a dinghy. He added a caption ” Coming to a beach near you”

          Sure you can stand up for things but you must accept you will get hit hard by the State.

          And with it the consequences to your family.

        • A well placed knee wouldn’t even require any extra something with which to whack him.
          Stiff fingers to his throat. No woman wants to be assaulted, and when it happens, it is never forgotten.

As I write this (11/01/25) my partner is with a group of patriots in a mini bus touring Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, UK she has sent me video updates showing the mini bus being trailed by Islamists these muslims believe we have no right to be in ‘their town’ I know we are fighting the Starmer lefties but we believe we will triumph otherwise we wouldn’t do it.

Specifically, Islam is a Muslim Terrorist Ideology and Criminal Organization of discrimination, segregation, supremacy, deceit, hatred, incitement, sedition, rape, terrorism, and violence against all Non-Muslims and against all freedoms as taught in the Quran.

    Allah in Qur’an 8:39 says, “And engage in war with them[Non-Muslims] until there will not be sedition and the religion will be completely to Allah…”

    Allah in Qur’an 49:15 says, “Surely the believers are only those who believed in Allah and his messenger. They do not doubt, and they performed JIHAD with THEIR MONEY AND THEIR LIVES for the sake of Allah. Those are the truthful.”

    Allah in Quran 9:111 says, “Surely Allah has purchased from the believers[Muslims] their souls and their money so that they may have the garden[Heavenly Paradise]. They engage in war for the sake of Allah, so they kill and are killed…” For this killing act, a sacred and holy act, deceitful Allah promises rewards for Muslim men in Paradise.

    Allah in Qur’an 8:12 says, “When your lord revealed to the angels: ‘I am with you so make firm those who believed[Muslims]. I will cast a terror into the hearts of those who became infidels[Non-Muslims]. So strike above their necks(decapitation), and strike off(chop off) every finger from them.’”

    For those who do not understand – ‘suspended’ sentence in this case means this bastard isn’t going to jail unless he gets caught again for something in the next two years. Even then he would probably get another suspended. If put in jail the 44 week sentence is reduced automatically by 60% so he would do less than 20 weeks.

    What the hell is a sexual harm prevention order? “PREVENTS” him from communicating with any unknown female on public transport ??? HOW ??

    Asylum seeker? No friends in the UK ? My bloody heart bleeds. We had another offender escape jail and the Judge mentioned his cat would be lonely.

    May I point out that Peter Lynch – who was arrested at a Protest in the aftermath of the Southport killings (3 little girls stabbed to death at a dance event) was arrested for shouting at Police and calling them scum, approaching the police line saying with, hands clasped together, ‘I pray for my children ” – and being pushed away with a riot shield. All on video.
    The MSM dubbed Peter a conspiracy theorist as he had a placard which criticised the Government, Police. WEF etc

    He was conned into pleading guilty to ‘Violent disorder’ and got a two year actual prison sentence, first ever offence.
    Within 3 months he was dead – found hanging in his cell. Supposed to be suicide but our prisons are dominated by Islamist gangs.

    In the UK murderers, rapists and violent criminals have been released in thousands to make prison space for Grannies who tweet ‘hurty’ words.

    This is reality in “shattered, staggering Dhimmi Britain.”
    Women and kids are just collateral damage -especially if they are white. Such beings are lower down the scale than immigrant offenders.

    • Grim reading, but absolutely true….we live in dystopian times here in the U.K., with a far left/communist government, Islamic death cultists making their supremacist nature known increasingly as each day passes and decent people fast-tracked into prison for nothing more than ill-advised statements on social media. God, I hate it here……

        I hate it here too.
        So I regress into the past to the days when England was English.
        I watch old films and documentaries and I buy old books of the 1950s , the decade on which I was born.
        And I cancelled my BBC TV licence and binned my membership of the woke National Trust.
        I avoid mixed social gatherings to avoid getting into arguments with lefty liberals
        I am suspicious of every foreign looking or foreign sounding person I see.
        I avoid cities and the only exception to attend patriotic rallies in London to protest against the Government.

        I want Islam banned in the UK.
        I want every immigrant who has come here in the last 25 years deported.
        I want the reintroduction of capital punishment.
        I want the right to carry a firearm.
        I want the police armed.
        I want gang rapists flogged and castrated.

        I want this Government taken down and Parliament totally remade on democratic decent principles.
        And the so called Head of State, the King deposed and the monarchy ended.
        It serves no purpose, protects no one from Government tyranny as it should.

        So am I completely off my head.
        Or do I just ” want my country back “

        • The King of England is the prisoner of his constitutional role, which has nothing to do with what he might personally wish or want.
          If the King steps beyond his constitutional rights, which are only to “be informed, to advise, and to warn”, and thus violates the Constitution, the Government will probably proceed to abolish every remaining power he posseses, or even abolish the Monarchy.
          The Monarchy will then be replaced by a dreary political President as Head of State.
          In Europe the Presidents of Countries all cost more than the King of England, as a fact.

        • The King is Head of State and it is to him we owe allegiance and it is to the Monarch that the Police and Armed Forces swear an oath to serve. Not politicians.

          He may be bound by many rules but he can still make plain his views and could condemn the actions of ” His Government”.

          Personally I think the Army would ultimately obey him and the ordinary folk would support him.
          I would love to see him march into Parliament at the head of a company or two of Foot Guards and kick the MP s out and the nstruct them to form a non party emergency government and give us our country back.

          In fact Charles I did similar for different motives. His descendant namesake should take a leaf out of that book.

    • I agree 100% with what you’re saying here…something really drastic needs to happen here, I live in Rotherham, but I dont venture out much anymore unless my daughter accompanies me, not that I would be a victim cos I’m too old but my heart goes out to all of those young girls who have been victimised by the rape gangs..

    And Hamada Salah is from Egypt, which is not at war. What is he seeking asylum from? Certainly not from Islam…
