Yet another sign that the incoming Trump administration is not going to be as opposed to jihad and Sharia as many had assumed. Qatar is a leading Muslim Brotherhood sponsor, and has housed Hamas leaders since before October 7.

  1. Now a Christian would say, “That’s blasphemy.” “God’s work” does not involve lying, conniving, and handing victory to terrorists, hiding terrorists, aiding terrorists or committing terror acts.

    Evidently Truth will be in short supply, along with bravery, boldness, and honesty, in the *new admin.*

    • I imagine this fool just thinks that Qatar is helping free the Israeli hostages, Steve WItkoff seems to understand nothing about Hamas, Qatar, and–needless to say–Islam itself.

    • Steve Wikoff is a complete fool in essence he is congratulating one of Satan’s demons for holding out while more hostages were murdered. This is the same Qatar that convinced NATO to destroy Qaddafi’ and Libya over Nuclear production Libya had abandoned years before. In truth destruction of Libya was revenge for the Sanusi royalty that Qaddafi exiled to Qatar
      The Qatari’s/Sinnusis returned Libya to the stone age and are continually funding terrorism by any means as long as it is directed at Israel
      Qatar was behind Hamas attacking Israel and now Wikoff praises Qatar for negotiating a few surviving hostages for the release of thousands of Hamas murderer?

    The last thing we need is more scum in office – ANY OFFICE.

    • I do think Trump is on Israel’s side–but is too ignorant to understand what she is really up against. I just wish this was uncommon.

  5. I’d cut him some slack, since he’s actually doing the negotiating, and wants the Qataris to put pressure on Hamas to release the hostages. In other words, it’s for public – namely Qatari – consumption

    Otherwise I agree that Qatar is a pretty venal actor in this theater

    • While I agree with you in part, he must know or better learn very quickly to appreciate how important words are.

      Praising Qatar is not necessary and they will interpret such praise as weakness and an over eagerness for a solution even if not the best one. He must learn to be much more circumspect.

    • It *does* stink, jules–it tacitly acknowledges Hamas as the rightful ruler of Gaza, and they are not even releasing all of the hostages–only about a third of them. And since Hamas has implausibly claimed that they have “lost track” of most of the hostages, most will probably *never* be returned.

      Meanwhile, Israel has to release thousands of Jihad terrorists–who can then plot more Jihad terror attacks in the future. Some who plotted 10/7 were Jihadists Israel had released to free kidnap victim Gilad Shalit.

    Israel’s enemies need to surrender unconditionally – not just given time to reload during a cease-fire.

  9. There are a few serious indicators that Pres Trump is going to fail us, pray that God does not allow that to happen.

    • Sadly. I have no doubt that President Trump will fail us–and Israel–in many ways. I just hope it will not be as bad as it would have been under Harris. At least Trump generally means well re Israel–I doubt that she would have. Still, a low bar, I realize.

    • I agree. It doesn’t look promising. Israel needs a staunch ally in Trump. He needs to spend an hour or two listening to Netanyahu to put his brain in the right orientation.

  10. I suppose no one remembers last time Trump was president, and his enjoying his Islam ties?

    Listen to all of the wonderful sugar and candy stuff, that Trump said about this murderer or Islamic leader of Africa, that has been in charge of millions of Christians being murdered practically every day. Of course after mentioning all the billions of dollars that Africa gets, and all the other sweet stuff that Trump had to say about this “man”, and his country, he does mention, quietly, at the end of his speech, about maybe keeping the number of Christians killed over there, being brought down some?
