In his December 13, 2024 Friday sermon, Kent State University professor of Mathematics and Imam of the Islamic Society of Akron and Kent in Ohio, Nader Taha, stated that Gaza had planted the “seed of freedom” for the entire world. He said that in the October 7, 2023 Al-Aqsa Flood, “we have seen miracle, after miracle, after miracle.” In a previous sermon on November 10, 2023, Taha said that before October 7, the Al-Aqsa Mosque was insulted and disgraced, and it was calling out to the Muslims to liberate it and purify it from the filth it was in, a call that the brothers and sisters in Gaza answered. He continued to say that Allah had promised that the Children of Israel would be humiliated and defeated, and this is what happened to them on October 7. Imam Nader Taha is involved in local interfaith activity and in 2017 he was appointed a member of County Executive Ilene Shapiro’s advisory council of diversity and inclusion.

Nader Taha: “We have been watching the news months before October 7 with all the insult and disgrace of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

“Al-Aqsa is calling: ‘All the mosques have been purified, while my honor is being defiled.’ All the mosques are being liberated – purified, and I am the only mosque that is being disgraced day and night. So your brothers and sisters in Gaza responded.

“The faces of the Children of Israel will be so humiliated – Allah says that. What do you want more than the humiliation of faces than what you have seen nowadays? They spend millions, billions of dollars, a lot of efforts, resources – them, the United States, and the European countries, to try to show that Israel is a democratic country.

“Allah says: ‘So they shall spend it, then it will become a remorse, a regret for them.’ It will backfire on them, that is what Allah says. Then they shall be defeated and overpowered, and that’s what we have seen, dear brothers.

“To be honest with you, [in] Gaza, they planted the seed of freedom in the heart of not just only the Muslim world, but the whole world. From their steadfastness, from the way they sacrificed, they defeated that myth. Before that, it was said by all: ‘Oh, Israel, the fourth strongest army in the world.’ It is undefeated. They were able to defeat five Arab armies in less than six hours, and yet in the Al-Aqsa Flood, we have seen miracle, after miracle, after miracle.”

      • Chief. The Christian God does not intervene in man made situations on the fly. Besides, according to the Christian God the Earth is the Devils playground. The Christian God can influence your life depending on what you pray for but dont ask tomorrow what you need today. And dont expect to ask the Christian God to help you and it comes out the way you wanted it to turn out. That is because the Christian God knows better that you.

          Per my post to somehistory, Americans are free to believe as they wish. Or not.
          Though having grown up in a Catholic household, I’ve been an atheist my entire adult life. I’m sure you will understand that I don’t believe the Christian god knows better than me as I don’t believe He or any other god has ever existed.
          Buddhists, Sikhs, Hindus and others don’t place their faith in the Christian god either.
          Yes, Islamists (Muslims) say the same horrible things about ALL ‘unbelievers’.
          The threat Islam poses to the world’s ‘unbelievers’ will end when human beings end it.

Allah in Qur’an 8:39 says, “And engage in war with them[Non-Muslims] until there will not be sedition and the religion will be completely to Allah…” Allah in Quran 9:111 says, “Surely Allah has purchased from the believers[Muslims] their souls and their money so that they may have the garden[Heavenly Paradise]. They engage in war for the sake of Allah, so they kill and are killed…” For this killing act, a sacred and holy act, Allah spiritually rewards with Paradise. Allah in Qur’an 8:12 says, “When your lord revealed to the angels: ‘I am with you so make firm those who believed[Muslims]. I will cast a terror into the hearts of those who became infidels[Non-Muslims]. So strike above their necks(decapitation), and strike off(chop off) every finger from them.’” Allah in Qur’an 49:15 says, “Surely the believers are only those who believed in Allah and his messenger. They do not doubt, and they performed jihad with their MONEY AND THEIR LIVES for the sake of Allah. Those are the truthful.”

Although we’re not surprised, it’s important to raise awareness among the general public about how many that alleged ‘minority of radical Muslims’ is actually the massive jmajority in mainstream Islamic orthodoxy. This can only be done by gathering each and every evidence of blatant criminal intentions of their leaders, especially those in higher institutions of learning, as that clearly shows it’s not a supposed lack of education or information that leads them to be such dangerous fanatics.Sharing for sure!

  9. I have no doubt that General George S. Patton(USA) would be impressed by what the IDF has accomplished in a short time. But what does Patton know? After all, he is just a General that conquered more territory in a short time than any other military leader in history.

      • When I think of underrated leaders of that time I think of General Patton and Admiral William Halsey. Two of the most consequential leaders of that time and far away from each other. Thank God we had men such as those and I pray we still do.
