The American Marines (who Corps where formed to protect American sailors from Moslem Pirates ) worn leather around their neck in the 19th century when they where fighting them in North Africa. That is why today they are referred to as “leather necks” .Should all French citizens who use public transportation wear leather around their necks ,or should they start deporting and refusing “refugee” status to these Moslem invaders?
