The Free World’s most important intelligence alliance is the major Anglophone nations’ “Five Eyes” partnership. Through it, the United States, Great Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand freely share their most sensitive secrets concerning existing and emerging threats. Of paramount importance at the moment are those emanating from the Chinese Communist Party’s dictator, Xi Jinping.After all, even open-source intelligence indicates that Xi has played a direct role in the “strategic arson” that has: precipitated conflagrations in Ukraine and the Middle East; contributed materially to the ongoing coup in South Korea; encouraged an impending conflict involving Venezuela and Guyana; and set the stage for direct assaults by the PRC against, perhaps among others in the Pacific, Taiwan, the Philippines and even the United States.
Under these circumstances, it is impossible to overstate the importance of accurate and timely “situational awareness” among those most likely to resist the principal perpetrator of what can properly be described as “World War Xi.”

I question the rationale for the “Five Eyes” existing. As we found out in 2016, it was used by the Obama administration to have British intelligence – namely MI-6 – do what US intel agencies weren’t allowed to do – spy on the Trump campaign. George Papadopaulos once described to Mark Steyn how he was confronted by Australia’s former Foreign Minister Alexander Downer for activities that could end up embarrassing Britain. Essentially, this alliance seems to be there to enable one Leftist regime use its foreign partners to spy on its internal, rather than external adversaries
Besides, in this era of a bonanza of translation tools, there is nothing stopping countries sharing intelligence – and it’s not limited to English speaking ones. We had Russia years ago warn us about the Tsarnaevs, but since we had adapted the stance that Moscow is evil, we just ignored them, and they managed to pull off a jihad attack at the Boston marathon
Also, even on the topic of Chinese activity, given how compromised both Biden and Trudeau were, how is “Five Eyes”, even assuming that it was perfect, be a counter to member states being compromised?

The US would have to work individually w/ relevant partners for each of these flashpoints: w/ Poland, Hungary & Romania on Ukraine, w/ Japan on the turmoil in South Korea, w/ the Colombian & Brazilian opposition on Venezuela, and so on, if it wants to get a handle on these theaters

Corporate executives don’t have situational awareness which is a bigger danger to the free world. They even outsource the manufacturing of electronic chips to China. The transfer of technology by corporate executive reached such heights that the masks everyone was wearing during the Corona virus pandemic was produced in China.

The cross eyed five eyes. Accurate and timely situational awareness although scattered and unfocused.
Crossed eyes is a condition in which your eyes don’t line up. If you have this condition your eyes look in different directions. And each eye will focus on a different object. The condition is more common in children but it can also occur later in life.
